We are thrilled with our dining chairs. Our home delivery specialists were Paul and Stu, who were friendly and professional.
However, we were told that we would receive a message the day prior to delivery which would give us a 2 hour window. This message never came and so it was a bit of a rude awakening to get a phone call shortly after 7am to be told that delivery was 15 minutes away! We could cope with this but imagine if we'd been elderly or infirm. Apparently the delivery before ours had also not received notification so goodness knows what time those customers were woken up!
Without this problem, my review would have been 5 stars.

Chairs ordered and delivered in 4 days. Really quick service and the quality is really good. Great delivery from Stu & Paul

Absolute delivery job well done!
Wasn’t an easy job for them to do.
Second floor apartment it took some doing, wasn’t a small object to get up those stairs without a lift.
They delivered with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Both very respectful of my property and both polite and friendly.

Amazing service .Paul put down a protective cover in our hall before bringing our new chairs in .Paul and Stu built the chairs for us which we were not expecting .5 star service ,would certainly recommend

Paul and Tom arrived on time and were helpful, polite and were extremely courteous throughout the delivery and installation of my furniture. Excellent customer service.

Paul & Tom were brilliant at the installation. In & out in 30-minutes and cleaned everything up after. It sounds like the basics but so many companies miss these elements. Great service from the lads.

The quality of the furniture and looks is amazing more than happy with it. The wait time for delivery not so great at nearly 12 weeks,
The delivery itself very quick and Great delivery guys, Stuart and Robbie struggled to get the van up the street but somehow managed and got the sideboard and coffee table indoors and assembled very quickly and took all rubbish away with them 👌🏻

Delivery was on time, installation quick and the guys Paul and Tom were really helpful

First time shopper- from the visit to the store at Stanley green and the interaction with the chap in store to the delivery advice and actual delivery by Stu & Robbie- top men BTW- this was a great experience- 4 bar stools at a great price and they are really good quality too- as Arnie says “ I’ll be back “ well done all.

Paul £ Tom was very friendly , chatty professional and did a good job they also put a large piece of cloth down prior to puting up my table so they worked very clean and tidy at all times

Just had my sofas delivered by Stu and Robbie , well it was an early start .
They telephone me about 7ish told me be at my address in about 15 mins. They were , and I’m the second drop off !! they respected my property laid a runner down before they entered. Brought the sofas in unpacked it all removed all packaging . And showed us how to operate the recliner etc . So helpful . So polite too . All done dusted no problems. Thanks lads ..

From ordering our sofa to the delivery I can’t fault
We were decorating and was going to be a few months til it was finished they were fine and kept hold of it til we needed it.
Staff were really helpful customer service really helpful and the delivery guys Tommy and Marcus honestly can’t fault them it was 7 o clock in the morning when they turned up had my two four year old grandkids and they never woke them bringing the sofa in , got it all sorted for us just polite nice people
