Shiraz shared fantastic insights on the latest trends, colour options, detailed product info, and essential care and maintenance tips.He went above and beyond by thoroughly explaining the extended warranty and protection plans, and kept us fully informed about delivery timelines. As we walked in we were attended to straight away. Shiraz helped us choose our sofa and catered to our needs. We even had a complimentary hot chocolate and a cookie. The whole process of choosing and purchasing sofas was smooth. We are very happy with our purchase and the service and can’t wait for our new sofas to arrive!

Came into the Slough store not too sure what we wanted/needed, Michael took the time to show us pretty much every sofa and discussed what we needed, Settled on a lovely sofa and got a great deal

I got my sofa delivered only 6 days ago and already there’s a problem with it. Shocking to believe you wait 10 weeks for something and pay a lot of money and then end up with something falling apart in under a week.

Would advise to not by from this store! Hope my issue can be rectified and I’m compensated for this as it is really disappointing and frustrating.

Friendly helpful and efficient however the wait time of 4.5 months was too long for comfort.

Sales were great however the installation not so great as the electrical outlets on one side of the bed are not working.
The install team said they would report it but when I called customer services the next day it had not been reported even though it was on the post delivery notes

The staff wax very helpful
Sales person Movin Morris was very good with explanation of products and cost
And finally Nanager Anotino was very helpful full with the final purchase and the re explanation 👍
