Popped in a couple of weeks ago and found our perfect dining table, chairs, sideboard and TV cabinet. Tony was really helpful and friendly, and very kindly honoured the promotion price as we had to wait for a new house purchase to complete before we could commit. Whole experience from start to finish was professional and stress free, Tony was very knowledgeable about the products we were buying.

I was welcomed and asked what I was looking for, when I explained what features I wanted on a sofa I was shown relevant options and demonstration of gadgets etc were given. Fabric and colour options were discussed. Staff member was helpful and gave me time on my own to ponder!

The salesman Phil Baxter was very helpful and also knowledgeable about the product. Also the furniture came within the timescale. The warehouse communication was excellent. Had a very friendly and informative employee (Phil) Also Phil’s manager was very friendly and welcoming apologies we did not get his name. My parter and I were in the store for multiple hours over 2 days and we enjoyed our experience. We were given all the information that we needed and overall the customer service was fantastic.
