Great store. We tried to order one type of bed but it was no longer available so the store helped us all day (through messages) find a new bed which was even better. We also got a great discount and the delivery was easy to organise and the guys were so nice. Would definitely recommend this store and shop there again.

Great customer service provided by Fazeel. I was really happy after my wardrobe was delivered on the agreed delivery date and fitted carefully by their highly experienced fitter. After a local furniture shop left me disappointed, Furniturezone delivered quality goods and met high expectations.

Bish bash bosh. Excellent customer service, prompt, and transparent. I was looking at bed frames from other companies and large retailers but I've constantly been let down over thin panels, chipped wood, scratched paint and all sorts. With Furniture Zone Barking, the quality is second to none. The fitting was quick, efficient and I was able to continue working from home while the fitting team got on with it. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever received, Faz was so helpful even speeding up delivery to try and make sure I had furniture for my new house. Very approachable and extremely friendly, will order more from them because that level of customer service is so rare these days!!! Ordered the sofa only a couple of weeks ago, they checked the stock levels when I ordered, just seamless. A very happy customer and the sofa is fabulous. (Cream Capello sofa bed)!

From start to finish Furniture Zone Barking have been amazing 👏. So far I've got a matress and a sofa from them. The sofa was customised and they made it specifically to my requirements whether It was colour, size and design. Delivery was seamless and they even put the sofa together on arrival.
I have no complaints and would definitely be ordering more items from them.

It is cheaper furniture. No drawers at all. Not sure how long this will last.
