complete scam, they advertise something the won't ship while you will receive something else after 2-3 months. I ordered on the 24th of november and received the wrong and (cheaper) item at the end of january. DON'T BUY
Ordered 29th Nov…now 29th Dec parcel still not here! The deliveries come from China, not USA.

I ordered a brand name product, but got a cheap noname product instead.
Advertised a glow in the dark string shooter, what turned up was a £1 cheap plastic bullet shooter, completely different to the advert. When it was first ordered, they added extra money to the order which I noticed straight away and they changed it to the correct amount.
Regarding the order, offered $2 off a £20 item absolute joke.
Gone through the bank for charge back and got a refund.

I received the wrong item, which is clearly not what I ordered. This mistake is entirely on the seller’s side.
Instead of taking responsibility, customer service asked me to return the item at my own cost, without providing a prepaid return label or a fair solution. This is unacceptable when the seller delivers the wrong product.
I requested either a full refund or a prepaid return label, but the communication was slow and unhelpful. I am now forced to involve my payment provider (Google Pay / bank) to dispute the charge.
This experience feels unprofessional and misleading.
I do not recommend ordering from this store.
