I recently renewed our motor fleet insurance and spoke with several brokers during the process. From the outset, Tom was professional, responsive and easy to deal with.

Tom understood our requirements and secured a competitive quotation. Not only did they obtain a premium that was lower than we had expected, but they also found a policy with Zurich that offered benefits and cover more suited to our business needs.

Communication was clear throughout, questions were answered promptly, and there was no pressure at any stage of the process. It's refreshing to deal with a broker that focuses on finding the right solution rather than simply chasing the lowest premium, although that is also a factor.

Based on my experience so far, I would have no hesitation in recommending Fuzzy and look forward to working with them next year when the renewal is due.

I have often found renewals to be frustrating, with information arriving late and requiring a lot of chasing, which has frequently led me to look elsewhere. It would be great if next year's renewal process could be simpler and more straightforward, with key information provided proactively and in good time.

Having built a good relationship with Tom throughout this process, I am optimistic that next year's renewal will be far less stressful and more efficient. If that proves to be the case, it will certainly be a refreshing change from my previous experiences with insurance renewals.

Andy was great in getting me the best quote for my fleet insurance.
Andy accepted the challenge and was happy to try and beat any other quotes that I had where as other brokers accused me of moving goal posts.
