I placed my first order, got the items fairly quickly but unfortunately I got the wrong size. I emailed their service department and though it may have taken a few days back and forth, I did get a reply and I did get resolution, we are doing an exchange for items shipped in error. What I did get was good quality material and I am looking forward to the correct sizes coming. I already have a pair of these pants I love and wanted to get them in a couple other colors.

I ordered a duffle bag backpack and it ended up being larger than I was expecting. I reached out to customer service to exchange this for a smaller bag, and the process was smooth and easy with service replying pretty quickly. Within 24 hours for replies. I had a good experience buying from them

I ordered the tall pants since I am 5'9" and 165#. They were too long . The customer service is great and they are sending me the regular length pants. By the way, the fit is great and I love the pants.

I placed an order and never received the items. I sent two customer service requests with no reply, although they state I will be contacted within 48 hours. Tried to call and the number is not in service! Right now it's been two weeks and still the order is sitting in shipping limbo. Beware of this company.

The pants are very comfortable they fit perfect if you buy the right size I'm petite so it worked out lovely to actually be able to buy pants short enough customer service is a bit slow but they do get back to you and they're awesome

Return experience was great, no issues, very prompt. Had to return because size i ordered was too big. Will buy again.

Previously I have purchased 4 pair of the G4Free pants and have found the product quality to be very good. I recently purchased the shorts but the sizing was smaller.I returned the 2pair of shorts in exchange for a larger size and while the process was a little slower than normal I am very happy with the exchange.

The return policy is terrible, I bought 2 pants and decided to keep 1 and when I brought it to the post office the delivery fee they imposed was over 17 dollars the cheapest delivery fee, I knew I had to pay to sent back but 17 dollars on a 33 dollars pants it outrageous! Definitely not shopping with this store anymore!

They are very comfortable, hold their shape and are stylish. I also find they do a good job of concealing panty lines.
I am 6'tall and so pleased they come in a 35" inseam.

The company's return policy is horrible and their customer service is just as bad. They only allow returns for a fraction(25%) of the cost I paid. They allow an exchange but I don't want an exchange. It took me at least 10 emails to find this out. I should be able to return for a full refund. Stay away!

The bags I bought are high quality, affordably priced and were shipped and delivered quickly. They even gave me a discount due to the bag I originally ordered was out of stock! I will definitely be buying from them again!

This company should be forced out of business. I was shipped a pair of pants that were dirty and missing the drawstring at the waist. There were no tags on the garment, either. The pants had clearly been well-worn and returned to the company. For some reason, they thought it was okay to send them to me. However, they refuse to take them back, telling me I have to pay both return and re-order shipping. The company required me to send photos of the garment, which I did - clearly showing the defects - and they just said, "Sorry for the inconvenience."

Another order I placed for two pairs of pants in the Tall both arrived in size Regular length (Imeasured both pairs) --- this was their mistake, not mine, but they're expecting me to pay both return and re-order shipping on these items as well. I even sent screenshots of my order proving I ordered the pants in the Tall length. Again, all I received was "Sorry for the inconvenience."

I have found their business practices to be unethical and their customer "service" to be exceptionally frustrating.

I was sent an old shirt with a hole! I was sent the wrong size pant and trying to get a refund is an absolute nightmare! They offer 20% to keep the items but I have no use for them! There process is absolutely terrible, they find ways to not refund you ! Not worth the hassle of ordering with them at all! Halara has similar product and much simpler to deal with!

Received 2 pair of pants they did not fit well. I asked for an exchange to a size up. They wanted to charge additional for ea pair to size up. They even asked for pictures so I sent them. I then asked for a refund. They responded with offering me 20% of what I paid. Getting scam vibes.
