I’ve made a couple of visits to Gabriella’s boutique over the last year or so. I’m a trans women and Gabriella is passionate about serving the trans community, which is very refreshing, and my visits have been lovely lingerie shopping experiences. She stocks quality brands, which for me wearing a 36H bra, includes Empreinte, Louisa Bracq, and Primadonna. I’ve purchased several bras with matching panties/thongs, a bodysuit, silk robe, and stockings, which are all a joy to wear. Thank you Gabriella!

Having a large bust I used to find it rather daunting being fitted with a bra until I found this gem in Battersea. I have been coming to Gabriella Sandham for many years now, she is cheerful and gives plenty of time to ensure I am fitted with a comfortable and pretty bra. Being given the right supportive bra, I find that my bust actually appears to look smaller. I usually make an appointment to visit, but you can walk in too. Gabriella has most of the top brands and also a stunning range of swimwear.
I can’t recommend this boutique enough especially for those of you that may have felt uncomfortable to go for bra fitting, you will leave feeling uplifted! Sorry I couldn’t resist the pun!

I recently visited this shop with my partner as she needed a bra fitting and she was thoroughly impressed. The lady who served us, may have been the owner was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. My partner was made to feel comfortable through the experience and was very happy with the service and the bras she purchased. The store itself whilst not very big is nicely organised and seems to have alot of stock. would recommend.

I went in with the intention of browsing and potentially buying a sports bra. The lady there, possibly the owner, has recommended a different size bra that I was wearing. While praising herself, she also used very unpleasant and offensive words referring to my appearance when I entered the shop in opposition to how I looked now, while wearing the bra she had given me. I couldn’t believe she used such words I am not comfortable to use myself here. I thanked her and walked out and will never walk in again. She also talked badly about her other customers, making references to their low self esteem which made them buy expensive lingerie. I felt truly disappointed and disheartened by her overall attitude. It’s such a shame she feels the need to treat a customer the way she treated me today. I do hope she changes that for the sake of all the women still going there, and their experience. I am glad some were already lucky to catch her on good days.
