Awful company. I returned a phone for repair (supplied faulty) They ignored all my messages and on receipt of the phone wiped all my data and gave me 50% of my money back. No apology or flexibility when I suggested various ways we might resolve this. DO NOT USE. Pay a bit more for someome who values their customers

Used them to sell my old phone.
The old phone was never going to be getting a high price, but these people gave better money than anybody else.
The process was pain free and uneventful. I downloaded a label to put on the parcel, wrapped up the phone and put the label on the phone, went down to the post office, and a week or so later the money was in my bank account.
Furthermore, they kept me informed of the progress throughout.

Great company, got exactly what I was quoted. I was a little worried because I didn't get any updates for a couple of days after they received the device, but all worked out well in the end.

Second time I’ve used this company, based on my first positive experience. The returns process is easy, I was kept up to date with progress by email and the money arrived in my account promptly about a week after posting the phone, I got the full amount I was quoted too. Only issue I’d say is I used their online query form over another device and I haven’t had a reply to that, but overall very pleased.
