Decided to compare the price of my watch instead of taking it back to Samsung, got offered a better deal through GadgetReclaim, bought a parcel envelope, label I got as a QR code to show at the Post Office quick and easy, they print it for you when you go to post it. Got email notifications when it arrived and passed the necessary checks, same day payment, very happy.

Was offered £24 for a phone, upon receipt they advised the battery was below healthy battery capacity 85% (which appears to be a frequent response from them), Think this should be made much clearer as 90% of phones will have a poorer battery due to their age and they subsequently offered £9!!! due to their return postage costs and other time wasted its hardly worthwhile getting it back, however will avoid in the future

Got Offered £145 for Ipad Pro 10.5 64gb. After chasing them for a week they sent me an email that there is new offer £90 due to bright spot (non existent) and poor battery 83%, however after I have logged back offer was £60. If you want your item back have to pay £5. All in all another rubbish company. Managed to get 158 on FB. Yes battery life is 83%, but otherwise the Ipad is immaculate so something doesn't adds up.

Similarly to some of the reviews written here, I was initially quoted 70 pounds in return for my fully operational phone, albeit showing a small crack in the bottom left corner (hence why i didn't mark it as brand new) I received a measly 10 pound offer instead. Of course I requested them to send it back, for that they had to charge a £5 fee...
They also managed to hand it over to someone else in the building, without requesting a signature first.
Not to mention that they also scrapped the phone case, as per their accessories T & Cs , something that wasn't clearly outlined on the website when checking out.
