Is GAK closing down for business?!
I bought a microphone from the web. It has been one week after they said they dispatched, Nothing arrived to my house. Website is down! No one answers phone call, I have been calling for five times, each time waited 30 mins and longer! Emailed but NO reply since one week ago!

GAK took my money and ran...
GAK literally took my money and ran.....
their website has disappeared, they aren't replying to emails, phone calls.
They charged me for drums that I never purchased.
They even asked if I wanted to replace the stuff that was out of stock with other drums and I said no - I wanted the difference refunded.
Within a couple of days, GAK had gone. I'm assuming into administration, but who knows.
Anyway, they were extremely quick to charge me for stuff they clearly didn't have.
thanks for nothing, GAK.
£200 hole in my bank account now.

Good stock, good price, easy online service
It was easy to place an order online. I called the staff to query something before i placed the order and the guy who answered the phone was really helpful and patient. The piano arrived ontime and in good condition. The price was very competitive as compared to other retailers. Thank you !
