Expected better
Delivery was prompt but packaging pretty battered. Thrown over the gate by the DHL driver. Guitar had received nothing close to a set up which I'd expect from a seller like Amazon but not from a music shop. After tuning it was utterly unplayable. Luckily, I could adjust the truss rod and set the action/intonation but if it had been bought by a new player they may have reallt struggled with it and given up. Disappointed with the service.

I'm so sorry to hear about this, Marc! I've passed this feedback over to our DHL account manager. I know couriers tend to be in a hurry, but there is zero excuse for lobbing parcels over gates. I'm sorry the bass didn't play very well out of the box! I'll drop you a quick email now just to follow up on this. Apologies for the hassle!
