Game Mart Opiniones 3

Purchased Payday 2 on 2/2, has been stuck at "processing" stage for over 8 days now. Have reached out multiple times to their CS with no response. Luckily paid via Paypal and have opened a dispute. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!

Tried to buy a game at game-mart.com. but the experience was quite poor and im currently trying to cancel my order that tjey wont deliver unless i send then a scan of my passport!!
As im not about to upload my most personal ID i now have to bother with canceling my order....
All in all a waste of time and damn annoying :-S

In summary - the website makes it hard to actually get what you purchase and does not deliver what it promises on the website. Customer service is almost non existent - you get generic auto reply basically

For starters this website only shows reviews with high ratings, so don't bother even looking at the reviews as they are bias - couldn't find a single under 5 star review, sorry but no website is that perfect.

Why I am giving a bad review - aka the rant:

1. Service time took too long and you get generic replies probably computer generated - most cd key providers for games take around 5-15 minutes to provide you a key during business hours - this place took 1 hour to respond to my question.

2. Makes you identify yourself for "security Purposes" (sounds dodgy already) - basically they ask you to verify your identity by sending them a receipt from Paypal and your ID if you email and name dont match with Paypal - even if it does they will still ask you for ID which instantly switched on an alarm in my mind.

3. Misleading - they wont tell you openly that you need to verify your ID before they give you the CD key, this information is located in their FAQ not on any of the game information pages or purchase screen - I only realized after paying when it there's a message on your order status.

4. The minute I go hang on a moment you guys wrote XYZ, which I have already provided why are you so insistent on getting you hands on a scanned copy of my ID or passport - Boom partial refund minus 1 euro for admin fees due to their own hypocrisy, BUT they were quick to provide the refund! Which is there only redeeming feature - 2 hours later I get a human reply letting me know they waived the 1euro and the reasons for the fraud check. None the less, they need to work on their T&C and publishing of the whole verifying ID prior purchase.
