Went to Game in aintree today (22/1/26) to ask for a replacement for a ps5 controller because it has stick drift and they refused, I told them about consumer rights etc and they weren't interested, I went on their website and it says I am allowed a replacement, but they refused a replacement, the controller is still in warranty and I shown them the receipt
DO NOT BUY A PS5 FROM GAME GO OVER THE ROAD TO CURRYS WERE YOU GET A PROPER WARRANTY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
