Terrible service by JAMIE- BIRSTALL LEEDS BRANCH
Shocking service by JAMIE - GAME BIRSTALL LEEDS store. Took price tagged item to till but he could not sell me if because apparently the barcode wouldn't scan and he was too disinterested to find a way around it - JAMIE was surly, useless and rude - no wonder Game are are dying concern when their staff have no customer service skills, manners or ability to think out of the box

The staff member at the Birstall branch…
The staff member at the Birstall branch was extremely helpful. We had previously purchased a turtle beach controller and paid for an extended warranty. The controller had gone wrong as it was randomly disconnecting and had bad drift. I honestly thought I'd have issues as often warranties aren't worth the paper they're written on but in the case it was no problem at all. Friendly service and someone who actually games and streams was a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend this particular branch.
