Just got New Sony VR 2 Headset very impressed works well only fault will not play 3D films yet hope they upgrade software My old VR1 will play them Horizon game awesome.

Your staff were exceptional in dealing with my situation with my faulty PS5. No arguing or drawn out process. They recognised the issue and swapped mine for a new one. Brilliant service

I came into my local branch to finally buy a ps5 and I went all in with the accessories, the staff were great at advising me on my choices and kept the whole process simple and were even on board with my sense of humor.
