I've bought several games from Gamers Gate. Great price and they always work as indicated on the site. Customer service is also solid. Recently I bought a Steam game from GG while traveling abroad. Unfortunately I couldn't redeem the GG code on Steam because the game was regioned to the country of purchase which was different than my Steam account region. Totally not GG's fault. I contacted GG and they issued a full refund.

I got a refund because I had a problem. He replied very kindly. I also got a refund for sure. It took a while, but I'm satisfied that you handled it for sure

I accidentally purchased a game, not realising that GamersGate only sell activation codes for PCs. They don't usually provide refunds but we're so helpful and flexible in regards to my case. Excellent customer service.

This site has had this manual review problem for a long time now, with many of their reviews on ITAD being negative, and now I see why. There's also no way to contact someone to immediately cancel the payment.

I could of bought the same game for the same price and got the key immediately, yet here I am waiting hours for a key. They claim it's a necessary evil, yet other sites do it far quicker. Shame. Will not be buying from here in the future and will be actively trying to steer others away. You shouldn't take someones money than deny them a instant activation product, then not be able to contact anyone for hours.
