Ich bin absolut fassungslos über die Qualität des Produkts und den anschließenden Umgang mit Kunden bei GameSir.
Es geht um den GameSir G7 Pro Controller. Dieser leidet unter einem bekannten Problem: Der rechte Trigger versagt im Mouse-Modus komplett den Dienst.
Ein absoluter Dealbreaker für einen Gaming-Controller.
Der anschließende "Kundenservice" setzt dem Ganzen jedoch die Krone auf. Hier ist der zeitliche Ablauf meines Falls:
12. Juni: Der Fehler wird anerkannt und mir wird vom Support offiziell ein Ersatzgerät zugesagt.
Die folgenden 2 Wochen: Meine mehrfachen Nachfragen per E-Mail bezüglich des Versandstatus werden komplett ignoriert. Keine Reaktion, kein Update, einfach totgestellt.
29. Juni: Nach über zwei Wochen Funkstille erhalte ich endlich eine Antwort. Das unfassbare Ergebnis: Das Ersatzgerät wurde noch nicht einmal auf den Weg gebracht! Stattdessen fordert mich der Support dreist auf, ich solle mich doch in zwei Tagen noch einmal eigenständig bei ihnen melden, um nach der Tracking-Nummer zu fragen. Als Krönung der Frechheit wird in derselben Mail darum gebeten, doch "gute Worte" über den Kundenservice auf Social Media zu verbreiten.
Den Kunden wochenlang wegen eines bekannten Hardware-Defekts im Regen stehenzulassen, die Arbeit für das Nachforschen einer bereits zugesagten Sendung auf den Käufer abzuwälzen und gleichzeitig ungeniert um PR-Lob zu betteln, ist an Absurdität nicht zu überbieten.
Ich habe nun eine finale Frist für die Bereitstellung des Sendungscodes oder eine vollständige Rückerstattung gesetzt. Wer ein langlebiges Produkt und professionellen Support erwartet, sollte von GameSir definitiv die Finger lassen!

Schöne Controller - Sehr guter Discord-Kundenservice
Ich habe mir ein Controller bestellt (GameSir G7 Pro 8K PC - Nioh 3 Edition.) Ein wirklich schöner Controller, sehr gut Verarbeitet und fühlt sich sehr Hochwertig an.
Leider machte das D-Pad Probleme.
Also habe ich mich an den Discord-Kundenservice gewannt. Und bekam dort sofort Hilfe, der Kundenservice ist sehr Hilfsbereit und Freundlich.
Ich habe ein Video gemacht das mein Problem zeigt und bekomme nun ein Ersatz zugeschickt.

Terrible and a waste of money
Great to start of with. And then after only a month the left joystick started to do stuff when I wasn’t even clicking it. Now it’s got stick drift to an extent that I’ve never had on a controller before. I emailed gamesir 4 times before receiving a response. And there response was a link to a discord in which is full of people experiencing issues and barely any of them getting a reply. A 1 on 1 conversation would definitely be more efficient. Strange how on their website it’s nothing but 5 star reviews and yet you can’t write one but you go anywhere else they have terrible reviews. I want my £140 back 🙂
GameSir Review
I currently have the GameSir Nova Lite. It is an excellent budget controller and works exactly like how an actual XBOX controller would perform. However, I can encounter difficulties with it but those can be fixed easily through the help of their Discord server or youtube videos that explain troubleshooting the controller or dongle clearly.
Customer service is non existent
For a time, the controller was working great. But after about 5 months, the wire made it completely unusable. There was no other damage to the controller so I emailed the customer support about a replacement wire as it was within the warranty and have been waiting two weeks now with no reply. Sincerely disappointed. Do not scam yourself by buying this product.
Gamesir G7 Pro ZZZ Edition
I bought the G7 Pro ZZZ Editon from Amazon and was extremely pleased with it. Worked right out of the box on XBox. After 1 month the left TMR stick button (L3) stopped working. I contacted their Discord and showed a video of it which took 5 minutes, 2 days later a brand new one arrived.
Their customer support is top tear and the Gamesir Soul Discord User is extremely helpful. He noticed it was a defect right away and processed a new one right away. Gamesir is 100% a top tier company. Iv now ordered the Aimlabs 8K controller for my PC as I fully trust their controllers and them as a company. Easy to deal with and top tire customer service.

Controller bestellt, fühlt sich okay an, wollte ihn zurückschicken, da er mir nochmal geschenkt wurde. Versandkosten selber tragen versteh ich, hätte ich gezahlt. Was ich nicht zahle ist ein Versand in die USA oder nach China. Nirgendswo steht das er aus China kommt oder in die USA zurück geschickt werden muss. Finde es respektlos gegenüber vom Unternehmen nirgendswo anzugeben das er bis sonst wohin geschickt werden muss und man dann 30-40€ Rückversand zahlen muss.

The controller itself is also good, great value for the price. But the software and documentation are sub-par. Different versions, missing translations for Chinese UI (for the manual firmware update tool), unreadable manuals due to low resolution... it's all quite a mess.

Wanted to update my review after the situation has been dealt with. After AliExpress and The Gamesir AliExpress store decided to NOT take any action. The staff from the discord server decided to help with the situation and offer a refund through AliExpress. I'm not sure why this wasn't prompted since the beginning but it took a week of constantly staying up late to be in contact with the chinese staff over at AliExpress. Anyways the refund did ended up going through. I thank the discord team for their help but it was truly a stressful situation to be in.

Man oh man, my disappointment is immeasurable. After I bought my G7 SE and seeing no issues with it. I assume this experience would pan out for all their products. I made this review after I bought the G7 Pro and was asked by staff on discord to write a review. I was happy. UNTIL, it happened to me. For context; gamesir doesn't ship to me. So I had to rely on their official AliExpress store. All was well until 2 months later. I'm having this RT issue with the controller that renders it useless. I contacted the discord knowing happily they'll replace it. They went over some troubleshooting and then realised it's a physical issue. Asked where I got it from which I replied "AliExpress". They confirmed it was the official shop and told me to contact them instead. LONG story short. Neither the store nor AliExpress themselves are willing to refund. The store are extremely slow with their replies and are asking me to file for a refund when the option to do so is unavailable due to the fact I had my controller for 2 months and the window for return is only 15 days, and AliExpress straight up emailed me back after asking for proof that they don't believe my case warrants a refund. THEY DIDN'T EVEN WATCH THE PROOF VIDEOS THAT I SENT TO THEM SINCE THEY WERE ON YOUTUBE AND THE ONLY VIEW ON THEM IS MINE BECAUSE I WATCHED THEM BACK. Now I'm stuck with a $100 controller (yes I paid 100 cause of all the shipping and fees). Absolutely disgusting behavior and I'm very disappointed. If you're buying from their actual website. You should be good. But any third world country citizen, don't even bother.

I've bought two controllers from Gamesir so far starting with the G7 SE, then a G7 Pro. My friend bought a Kaleid Flux and we're very impressed by the quality. The Customer support are amazing and I don't understand why others claim it isn't. Any questions I have are answered swiftly in emails or on discord. Honestly recommend this brand as their controllers are top of the line and at a low cost!
