Immediate response to an unfavorable review has left me very optimistic about my future delivery. The owner of the company reached out to me personally and assured me that my items are on their way. I understand that things happen and sometimes even a smooth operating system slows down. I have received a tracking number for the package. Currently, I’m awaiting my order.
