I ordered garage cabinets to my home with a garage. They called me to tell me that they looked up my address and it looked like I didn't have a garage. I confirmed I had a garage. They called back to say that the delivery company didn't think they could deliver the cabinets because I didn't have parking in front of my house. I said in San Francisco they can just stop and take the products out and I'll accept them on the curb. They still said no, so I offered for them to find the closest part of the curb they were comfortable stopping. They called back and said the delivery company wouldn't deliver them. They offered for me to buy a similar product for $1000 more that they thought could be delivered. I said no thank you. So they cancelled my order. NOTE AFTER THEIR RESPONSE: A 26 foot moving truck was parked outside for 4 hours on the day I moved into this house, so them saying that it is "literally impossible" to deliver a single cabinet is literally wrong. I love how they say that I'm in a hilly area as if it is remote. I live on a bus route on a main road. While I live on a hill, the street outside is flat. They are talking like they visited and checked it out, but of course they didn't and are making this stuff up. I don't know what it means to say I'm entitled. I was just telling them that my moving trucks and all delivery trucks since have not had a problem with it. Sounds like they are attacking me as a way of defending themselves. Which really supports my 1 star rating. EVEN LATER NOTE: I’m laughing out loud. Didn’t think this review would get so fun! Just to clear things up, I ordered a different cabinet from a different retailer and it was delivered the following week. Right here on the street in front of my building that is impossible to deliver to LOL.

As it turns out, my cabinet arrived sooner than expected. The cabinets fit perfectly in my garage and I am very, very happy!

Aviad at customer service was so helpful. He knew exactly which cabnet set I needed to make what I wanted happen and again later talked me through my order to include the substitution I wanted to make. Without his help I wouldn’t have known I could make those changes to a set. I was glad to talk to the same person each time I contacted garage organization. It made it simpler and more personal. And the end results are stunning. I got the most beautiful set of garage cabinets in my bedroom that anyone could ever want. They ship fast and for free. Good place to buy from.

The quality of the products exceeded my expectations as did the service. Someone from the company saw my order and called to walk me through some of my choices to make a few alternative recommendations. I'm so appreciative of this extra level of service since I am not a contractor and was handling this DIY. We had a quote from a local company who sells/installs garage cabinets and the price was 3X higher for comparable materials. I'm very pleased with the quality and value of the products they sell.

The rack I purchased is excellent. It’s well made, easy to assemble, and looks great. It wasn’t hard to put together like some cheaply made racks can be. I would recommend it.

After purchasing a Pro Series 14 piece cabinet and workbench set direct from NewAge and also purchasing the white glove delivery, they could not get them delivered. The delivery company kept canceling on the day of the delivery after they already said the delivery was in route. I live in the mountains an hour and a half from the Boise area where I work and I was taking days off for this delivery, and since they were not able to set up a Saturday delivery I finally canceled the order with them. I related my experience with NewAge to the nice folks at Garage Organization and they were able to set up a Saturday delivery that ended up being on time with no cancellations. They are very personable and bent over backwards to help me.
The cabinets and tool boxes are very nice! I will undoubtedly need more storage options for our shop and Garage Organization will definitely get my business for this!

This company is awesome! I ordered a stainless counter top and realized it was the incorrect size once I received it. I believe it was my bad. I was concerned about the return shipping cost coming from a consumer and asked if they could help with the use of their shipping account and i would pay the freight back using their rate. They were more than helpful and told me just to keep the counter top and don't worry about it. Service like this is not found easily. I ordered New Age flooring from Garage Organization and unfortunately half the shipment came in damaged. This was my first time buying from them. I made a call to them and Kim handled the problem quickly and professionally. I believe the true way to judge the merits of a company is the manner that they deal with problems. They were first class! Kudos to Kim! Thanks again!

Unit arrived earlier than expected and was well packaged in heavy cardboard and lots of styrofoam. For this seven piece unit there were four boxes secured to a single pallet via plastic wrap.

Had no issues during assembly. Instructions are online. It will take two people to assemble. The unit was as described. It looks great and there is no concern for stability or strength. Perfect for my needs. My garage is now neat and clutter free!

We needed 2 tent storage bags and they had the ones from the manufacturer and at a cheaper price. It took about 8 weeks to get them, but they had told me that upfront, so it was no issue. They are just what we needed.

I ordered a garage storage rack and their team called into confirm my order and check that I was the one who placed the order which I felt was great and responsible seller. My order came on the day it was promised. Great experience overall!

The New Age wine coffee bar cabinets came wrapped and protected like I’ve never seen before. I hung and installed the cabinets myself and was impressed by the quality of the product, construction, parts, self closing drawers and doors . It came out terrific and proud of how well it looks and blends in with the kitchen.

Everything came at one time with no damage. The quality was as expected (excellent) and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Truthfully speaking I wish I had purchased the shelves a long time ago. This purchase was to prevent me from having to pay someone to go in and out of my attic to get whatever.
Now the items are at my fingertip, and the unit is sturdy and supportive.
I choose this unit, over another because of the surface coating.

Everything came one time with no damage. The quality was better than expected and would highly recommend anyone. I’ve race cars for 35 years and seen everything. I also have a very large exotic car collection, and these cabinets are one of our locations. Good value for the money. No question.

The initial order was questioned. I had to respond to some Emails and a phone call but in the end I got my order delivered. The products I ordered are first rate quality.

My husband loves his garage organization cabinets. Was a little disappointed that he didn't receive them for Christmas but shortly after he did. When talking to the representative of your store he was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you again Adam these were definitely worth the wait

Excellent service and response times to questions and stock availability. Shipper was communicative, products arrived in good order and condition. This was a great experience after months of researching and deciding on options.

Installation went well, prepare your wall surface and you are good to go. Cabinets are very sensitive to torque so as long as you keep things level and squared, it’s all beautiful.
