I ordered a 6’ grow house which arrived in less time than stated which was great, I started putting it together using the simple instructions, I got to the last piece of glass and unfortunately it broke putting it in. I rang the company expecting it to be a difficult process but I was pleasantly surprised to be answered by a lovely lady who said someone would call me back in 10 minutes, they did! I spoke to another lovely lady who organised the replacement glass for me, as if it wasn’t wonderful enough speaking to real people instead of an automated response there was no charge! Both ladies were so lovely, friendly and empathetic to what had happened and to add to my wonderful tale the glass arrived the very next morning! What a fantastic company!! How great customer service can make a difference, well done and thank you Access Garden Products!!

I bought the City Growhouse - Frame & Shelves Anthracite. Fantastic product. After reading previous reviews and watching the YouTube videos in conjunction with the installation instructions it took me about four hours to frame the greenhouse on my own on one day and about one hour to glaze it the following day.
One glass panel was broken, emailed the company on Sunday, they replied first thing on Monday and put a repacement into the post that day. Great customer services.

Nicely packaged lean-to greenhouse with quality components making for an easier construction process.
Good support from manufacturers when I raised a query with them (my fault as it happens!). Took me 2.5 days to assemble being my first greenhouse. Pleased with the finished article - it looks as though it will last a lifetime!
Recommend for ease of assembly and quality.

We ordered a Hampton mini-greenhouse after seeing them at the RHS Spring Show in Malvern this year. The whole process has been excellent, a well-designed and engineered product and prompt and helpful communication following a few questions during assembly. The number of parts can seem a bit daunting at first, but I found if you read through the various instruction sheets carefully several times, alongside all the different components it helps during assembly. The frame goes together very quickly, the details take a little longer depending on what you ordered. We included a glass back, auto-louvre (recommended) and roller shade so the assembly was a little more complicated. The completed greenhouse (we chose the Cotswold Green colour) looks really good and is now ready for various plants etc. to be added. There may be less expensive products available but (where possible) we try to work on the 'buy well and buy once' basis as it's generally the cheapest in the long-run; the 25 year frame warranty is also reassuring to have just in case. Good product (British made) with friendly and helpful customer support.

Needing a small greenhouse, Mister, then this is the place to go. Some excellent kits and the advice and service are second to none, with very quick replies and very quick delivery. Do be aware, though, that if you order one of these 1-meter kits, you will only get one misting nozzle, which will not be enough, and yes, I might have asked, but the pictures of the kit show more than just one. I then need to get an extra nozzle and one small bit of plastic, and although easy to order them but £ 10 for delivery? Im sure that might be the standard price for all items, but that is steep for plastic small parts, and a range of prices might be better for postage costs as you get a fast heartbeat as I have just had !!

I bought a mini greenhouse from them in 2022, I read all the instructions and was really careful with. The other day when I was taking the glass off the top to open it the whole pane of glass exploded in my hands, showering everything including me in glass. It was absolutely terrifying and had a toddler been next to me it would have exploded into their face. There is nothing in the instructions that says the glass can explode, no guidelines on ways to help prevent it, and when I contacted customer services they admitted it does do that and to just buy another pane of glass locally. Please do be aware that toughened glass can explode - and showers you in tiny sand sized pieces of glass - and Access you absolutely need to put in your instructions that the glass is volatile. I have reported this to Trading Standards because this is incredibly dangerous.

Bought a ‘Herb House’after seeing their stand at the Malvern Spring Show. It arrived promptly, well-packed and with clear assembly instructions. The office team responded quickly and efficiently to e-mails and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

This really is an amazing product. Delivery when you want it. Well packed. Assembly instructions are so comprehensive it is easy to assemble. Very, very well injured product that really should last a lifetime.

prompt and complete delivery. Excellently engineered product supplied with sufficient pieces (and a little more) to construct. Relatively easy to complete and instructions good (a little improvement could be made to the instructions referring to the specific size of product ordered as they vary according to size). Good support when needed by phone.

Although the construction looked daunting, the instructions were clear and accurate and gave lots of helpful tips. You just had to take your time and do everything in the correct order. The finished product looks very good.
We had an issue with the delivery but the company took full responsibility and made sure everything arrived in the end. They were in contact with me every day so I was confident it would all work out.

Growhouse was super easy to construct even on my own (other than help to move it into place), is great quality and looks fantastic. Access customer service were perfect. Replaced the one broken pane in super quick time. Was very impressed.

We recently purchased a greenhouse on wheels for our small patio so we can move it around if we have guests / want to play table tennis. While the construction took a bit of time (not surprising) everything came together really well. We are delighted with the results and way the self opening louvres work (purchased as an add on).

We purchased a value lean-to greenhouse in January as my love of growing plants from seeds has become too much for the faithful Zippy greenhouse. Although it took longer to put together than we anticipated, we love the final result! It looks great, stays on average 2-3 degrees warmer than outside and I can honestly say that my autumn seedlings have doubled in size are are thriving in just the 4 weeks that they have been in there. I’m just waiting for the spring to purchase a shade cover and my gardening life feels complete! Ps - We paid extra for the auto side opening and I witnessed it in action on a warm sunny day in Feb. What a brilliant invention!

Bought the value wall frame, bare metal. Middle glass shelf and metal shelf covers extra so costs add up. Delivered within a few days, all well-packaged and in good condition. Took a while studying instruction then used local 'handyman' to do most of it, took him about two half days. Getting the angles right and fixing batons to compensate for a sloping floor was a challenge. Pleased with end result.

The bought the herb house at Tatton. Delivery was great and we built it following the instructions. The biggest issue was the handles on the glass. It required a serious amount of brute force to get them in. I get the point that we don’t want them to come off. A short video on the fitting and any help would be useful but other than that it’s a great and robust product

Very impressed with pre delivery communications, the quality of the product and the assembly instructions.

Not the cheapest greenhouses you can buy but very well designed and made* and the customer service is very good. I have just bought my third 'house from them and am now considering a fourth.

*(in the 1970s I erected greenhouses for a living and compared with the kit I had to work with then, putting these together is a real pleasure!)

Great service when I purchased my new greenhouse from Access Garden Products. The order process was explained in detail with supply expectations exceeded. Communication updates regularly provided. Best of all this British product is accurately manufactured and supplied with good quality fasteners and clear, detailed instructions. Excellent product and good value.

This is a lovely company. From the great folk we met at Hampton Court who gave much time to talking about the company and products to the people in the office who helped with my order and delivery

But that said it is a lovely product, I am very pleased with the quality and I would definitely use the company again.

Some of the holes didn’t quite line up on one cross bar during assembly of my new cold frame but my partner managed to make it fit with a bit of a struggle and we didn’t complain.
Out of the blue we had a phone call to say they were tracking down potential incorrectly manufactured items, arranged to send out a replacement which we received within a couple of days and now all fits perfectly.
