Finding the product i needed, ordering and delivery was seamless.
The only issue I had was that the product i bought, 'Bella F1' seeds are advertised as a pack of 10 but when they arrived, there's only 4 seeds in a pack!!
The pack does say 4 seeds so you need to update your website as not to mislead anyone else. Even my receipt says it was a pack of 10!!

Never great when you are asked to leave a review but haven’t received the goods. 7 days since ordering but no sign of seeds yet!

Love the products but please please do something about the packaging. When it's fragile e.g.glass the packaging is totally insufficient. First order was smashed to pieces. It was sorted very efficiently however when the replacement i ordered came the packaging again was really minimal. Luckily it wasn't broken the second time. I was very surprised. This really needs to be looked into please

Product was here in just 3 days, ordered on Tuesday fitted it in the loft on Thursday and so far seems to work just fine.... whats not to like?

Had small issue with a part. Had deleted the receipt email so spoke to customer service agent who immediately put me at ease when I expalined the deletion. He then sorted out a replacement.

Having not heard of this Company before I researched it a little and it seems to be owned by the same group as Robert Dyas. I'd already looked at that site for these Nordlux outside lights and delivery on there was quoted as early Feb - that was too long (nearly a month) to wait. This site promised free delivery within 2 working days - so I took the chance and ordered. I paid via PayPal just in case. The lamps arrived well packaged 2 days later....
The price was very competitive - exactly the same as Robert Dyas, which was cheaper than elsewhere and delivery was free. What's not to like - excellent, thank you!
