Appalling . They have taken my deposit but do not answer the phone and have not replied to any of the emails I have sent (8 within the last two weeks) . They do not deserve any stars.

Absolutely awful. It's a mission impossible to get hold of anyone of them apart from the reception. There is no such thing called communication. I have changed them after a week of calling and emailing with exactly 1 reply. If you don't want a stroke during your transaction, stay clear from them.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible service from Garner and Canning and appalling behaviour from the company director. Would not recommend to anybody

The service provided by Daljit was just incredible! She is the most efficient, hard working, honest and caring solicitor who went above and beyond to act in my best interest at all times. I would most definitely recommend and would love to work with her again in the future as she successfully completed everything with ease and on time. I cannot thank her enough, it was a privilege to work with someone who clearly loves their job so much which reflected in her work. Thank you for everything, it was worth every penny!!

I used these for the purchase of my property,, I wouldn’t recommend anybody to use these! I was constantly chasing these for stuff that should have already been done, constantly being told paper work was ready when it actually wasn’t! I even drove from Wednesfield to Birmingham with the paperwork so there was no further delay! 6 months to purchase a right to buy is disgusting! All i would say is they drag there feet and cant give you an actual answer, constantly speaking to somebody different who didn’t know the answers to the questions, then being told they would call back and never bothered to or days later! Then tried to charge me more, this also took a week to sort! Only got somewhere because of the council solicitor. Avoid at all costs!!!
