I dealt with Craig who has a wealth of technical experience. He was able to expertly diagnose the issues I was experiencing, and solve them at an affordable price. He provided sound advice, and gave me a range of solutions to suit my budget. Spot on!

Craig’s company provided me with a pair of Lift Master Gate openers and associated equipment and he has been a great help in the installation and programming of the openers. Initially he helped explaining some of the instructions in the manual and once installed he helped me was the wiring, programming the remote controls and photo cells. This is involved a number of phone calls, some of which were conducted while the installations work was in progress which took quite some time. The Gates are now working satisfactorily. I should like to commend Craig’s help without which it would have been very difficult me to get the gate openers properly installed.
I should like to add that when considering a choice of supplier of the gate openers. a major factor in my acceptance North Valley Forge’s quotation was the offer of support with installing the openers, rather than accepting offers from more local suppliers.

Well what a brilliant company! I didn’t have a clue what I was doing but Craig to the rescue….He was so kind, patient and helpful in enabling me to program the new key fobs to the old garage mechanism. Whatever he did,it works and I am delighted and grateful. Thank you very much Craig. I wish everyone was like you😀

Absolutely brilliant ! Fantastic customer service, extremely helpful with no shortage of Gate Automation industry knowledge. I was initially concerned about embarking on self-installation of my gate automation system, but Craig at GateAuto made the process straight forward and was quick to answer many enquiries, definitely a 5* company.

From the very start of the buying online process Craig was contacted via phone unusual these days ! And guided me very well on which set up I needed and then once installed I phoned him again just to make some fine adjustments and so we are set up spot on and I can use the VidexSMS app to control gates from my mobile so a Massive 10 out of 10. Also I did speak with Andy once who was also very helpful and new the product great team

Excellent support from Craig and Andy during preplanning, installation and commissioning for the Liftmaster and Videx gate equipment.
They have been patient with my queries for this self install and have readily offered/answered general, good practice and technical points with speed and good humour.
I would recommend their services and products.

This is thanks to Kelly Thompson - what a star she is - NVF are lucky to have someone as good as her! I contacted her at 11.25am this morning and within ten minutes she had contacted me back & arranged for an engineer to visit within the hour - amazing service!! The gates were working again within 90 minutes of my initial contact - brilliant!!!!

Also thanks to Shaun the engineer who came out to us too - he’s a great lad and has given us full functionality back - we can even text the gates to open & close now thanks to him- awesome!!

I would recommend this superb service to anyone!!!!

I have been talking with Richard and Andy.
Nothing is too much trouble.
You don’t have to ask for help they offer it.
Also delivery was perfect.
If your looking for electric gates this is the place to go.

Tried ordering a part online payment accepted, call the next day from a rather arrogant person advising the card isn’t registered to my address (it is).

Then tried 3-4 different cards same thing.

Now I have over £1,400 in limbo on 4 cards for a week or two whilst the bank / gate auto release the payments.

No offer of help poor customer service would avoid.

Had a problem with my sliding gate having opened it and refused to close, the installation had been installed approximately 15 years ago so I spoke to Andy Burrows who talked me through every possible fault and finally got to to resolving the problem. He could not have been more helpful and knows his trade very well. Again many thanks for all your time and effort. Chris Allen.

I ordered a double gate auto kit in Jan from the very helpful Craig, as I am doing a DIY project on my gates I was hoping for a good tech back up after wiring, well I wasn't disappointed, Craig McLaughlan on the phone and me in Cornwall it all went extremely smoothly and Craig's patience and explanations were brilliant.
I am delighted with everything, thank you.

Had a problem with my electric gates as we departed home, called Kelly and Craig was onsite within 3 hours. Received a call from Kelly saying that the problem could not be resolved without turning the power source off. Informed her that we would be back in 1 hour. Craig returned to site and resolved the problem the same afternoon.

I bought a full set of gate automation equipment and received superb end to end service from Craig. As a professional electrician, I'm familiar with wiring systems but - as others have said - the instructions were not the best, so Craig's hand-holding was incredibly valuable in setting up the automation side. Fantastic service!!! I cannot recommend them enough. Craig has been an absolute star throughout. As an amateur fitting my own electric gates I found it very hard to find a company that were not only willing to sell the items but to give me any advise. Keep up the good work guys!

Bought a complete gate automation package. Competitive price arrived on date promised. I fitted it myself but the manufacturer's instructions were not DIY friendly. I dealt with a guy named Craig when I bought the system and he sent me hand drawn instructions and diagrams to assist me and also helped with the programming. Great aftersales service and he knows his stuff. Also has a good sense of humour and as he Nelson Lancashire is the best place to live! A good easy and helpful company to deal with. ( Was that ok Craig?).

I have had some farm gates manufactured for my property and decided I would attempt to install the electric mechanism myself.
