My late mother's 55-year-old mobile was developing roof leaks due to a faulty skylight and just age. Tried various patches but nothing worked so I decided to get a new metal roof done. Afrer read8ng reviews I contacted Gator Metal Roofing and it was probably the best decision I could have made.

The whole process- from estimating job cost, scheduling, and the actual installation was smooth and spot on. All of my questions and concerns were addressed fully and competently.

The installation crew arrived promptly at 9am and began to get sorted. Once all of the staging was done they started the actual install straightaway. Those guys worked professionally and on task with no issues (despite the condition of the old roof they were standing on). After the job was complete everything was cleaned up to the point you would have never known anyone was there.

It is good to have a totally dry roof once again. I am sure this new roof will last quite a long time and be problem free. I would not hesitate to recommend Gator Metal Roofing to anyone who is considering a metal roof.

We contacted Gator to get a quote on a metal roof.
"Brad" came out and began the process by extolling the virtues of Gator. After 15 minutes, I asked, "So, roughly how much will this cost?"
That's when Brad started talking about a "5% to 25% discount IF we allow a yard sign and leave a review"... Sure, I said - I would do that anyway. Then he said, "So, if that sounds good to you, I can give you a quote, but you'll have to sign the contract today".
Today? Really? Isn't there a "30 day guarantee" on the quoted price? "No", he said. "If I offer a discount, you have to sign this evening."

Scam.

Avoid at all costs.

Never did get an estimate. Called the company to complain and they said we weren't the first one to have an issue with Brad.

I guess we'll look elsewhere now.

They did a great job on my roof. I have a 118-year-old home that needed a roof replacement as soon as possible, and they replaced it promptly and did a beautiful job. I have no complaints and I recommend their great work.

It is rare this day and time to come across a company that has real customer service, honest employees and backs their word in writing.
I had been searching for well over a year for an affordable roof. I really wanted a metal roof. I had done my homework and I knew that metal provided a lot more insulation and lifetime than an asphalt roof. I had all that given up on being able to afford a metal roof because everybody had been quoting me 40,000+ I was getting ready to go ahead and have new asphalt roof put on the house when I came across an ad on Facebook. The ad was for Gator Metal Roofing, so I went ahead and said what will it hurt to see what they say. I can honestly tell you I was so impressed with the concern that they actually had for my situation.
I highly recommend Gator Metal Roofing. They made my roof experience extremely easy. From start to finish the entire job only took 3 weeks. Had it not been for a week and a half of rain it would have been about a week. If you’re wanting to do business with an extremely honorable business, you won’t go wrong with this one. Best prices, hands down the best customer service, professional and knowledgeable.

This company is a scam regarding warranties. We suffered extreme water damage from a leaking roof vent pipe seal to the tune of a couple thousand dollars.

They refused to fix the problem, would never return calls, and generally ignored our requests for a fixing of the problem.
