Initial contact fine, however, delayed delivery 7 weeks on a 2-3 week in stock car. No ownership taken. Not very impressed.

Received our new vehicle in December. It felt like a very long wait after the initial flurry of activity to get things sorted. The systems to do this are straightforward however. The weekly updates were very similar while there were no developments but I would urge people to make contact if you have any concerns. Once the car was ready for delivery this was all sorted very easily just like my experiences with other leasing companies. My advice is to be patient if you have to wait a bit and stay in contact.

I have never leased before and was a little wary. GBVL have been absolutely amazing from start to delivery. They explained everything simply, had lightening fast responses to emails and were so helpful in getting a quicker delivery for me. Naomi and Eliza looked after me and are superb.

This is my first time leasing a vehicle and I have found the process to be far more straightforward than I expected. I was guided through the initial paperwork by Naomi Bird who was friendly, efficient and professional throughout.
I was then passed on to Eliza Hilton in Administration to complete the contract. Again Eliza has been very helpful in providing information, giving updates and liaising with the dealer prior to me receiving the vehicle.
GB leasing have done a first class job in finding a great deal for me.
