Tienen un punto de contacto amable, atiende tus dudas, la muestra fue tomada con respeto y me dio mucha explicación.
Los resultados llegaron antes del tiempo prometido. Lo único es que me dijeron que si no funcionaba la muestra me avisarían, al bo avisarme nada estuve con miedo hasta la llegada de resultados, ese fue el único "problema" que veria yo.

Lo único que mejoraría sería la entrega de resultados, no se me avisó que ya estaban listos y yo tuve que estar buscándolos para que me dieran el resultado. Quizás si tuvieran una plataforma para verlos o te enviaran un Mail confirmando que ya están listos sería mejor.

With twin pregnancies, the test can only confirm whether a Y chromosome is detected. This means we can reliably say if at least one of the babies is male. The reason we focus on the Y chromosome is that in a twin pregnancy, it's challenging to individually assess each fetus for gender due to the combined cell-free fetal DNA (cffDNA) from both fetuses being present in the mother's bloodstream.

The test analyses cell-free placental DNA, which is not exactly the same as fetal DNA. In some cases the cell-free DNA can remain in maternal blood for up to 8 weeks and we can still detect it, that is why we report information even if the embryo has demise.
The test is accurate within its scientific limits, and any unexpected result does not mean the test is trying to mislead—it reflects real biological complexities.
