Bellhop’s cancellation and billing process borders on a scam. We asked to move our scheduled move time from 8 AM to 11 AM — Bellhop verbally confirmed this change and said it would be a $15 adjustment. The next morning, after charging the full amount at 9:29 AM (before any service occurred), they called back at 12:46 PM to say they could no longer do the move.

Then they claimed we were “past the 72-hour mark” and charged a $200 late cancellation fee — even though they were the ones who cancelled after confirming the new time. When we asked how they planned to make it right, the representative said, “I can’t do anything.”

This is unethical business behavior, plain and simple. I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card company and a formal complaint with the BBB.

The movers were so great to work with. They did everything we asked. So helpful.

Our moving team was great. The move manager was Jessica. She knew exactly how to load our truck so that the items didn't shift during travel. They worked very hard and efficiently. They were also very pleasant to work with.

My packers and movers worked hard until the job was completed!

Bellhop and the movers ( Solomon and Jaquan) were excellent! Fast, courteous and very professional through the whole process!

The people that they have doing the moving are fantastic! They're polite, professional, courteous, and above interact with the customer.

I had a short move from a storage unit to my brand new home. The movers from Bellhop Moving of Cleveland arrived at the time that they were scheduled. They kept me up to date as to when they were going to arrive. My furnishings were moved and we were done based on the estimate that I received. These guys were great.

Moving skills are very poor, as many as 7 expensive items were damaged in my move. (Up to $10k worth of items) I was asked to go out and get a second UHaul for the crew day of the move, and had to drive it myself. customer service has no interest in reaching out to make negative experiences right.

The team was very professional and nice. They vocalized they had done large job for 10 hours the day before. If they had not told me, I never would have guessed. They moved swiftly and helped make everything very easy.

The team that did my move was amazing. On time, very professional and treated all my items with respect. Move was quick and easy and I would highly recommend Solomon as the driver!

Solomon (lead), Jaquan and Jessica were an awesome team. It was a hot sticky day in Cleveland, but the never stopped for four hours. They were all courteous and. Communicated. This is my second move with Bellhops and both were awesome. If I ever need to move again, I will use Bellhops.

The movers were on time. They were polite. I needed some stuff moved to the garage, not put on the truck. everything was accomplished. The furniture I had moved was unloaded and moved into place.
