Ordered a few necklaces. No update on the order. No emails nothing. Messaged on instagram multiple times and emailed - they dont reply. Atrocious customer service. I also asked to cancel my order as it wont arrive in time for eid and there has been no update with it - still no response....

Very sly company. Post art works with frames and then post you just an A3 with art work on it. NO FRAMES INCLUDED.

I am very happy with the look of my order - I ordered 3x Custom Arabic Name Bracelets and a Gold Cuff . They came looking like the website. But, I would say that it says 1-3 days delivery on the website but the waiting for my order was very long. However, I emailed the GetDawah Team and it was clarified by the team, that this was due to the customisation of my order. Before you make an order check if the order will be shipped on time. Overall, my order came as I had hoped it would come.

Item is really nice and just as I imagined it, it is a perfect gold and doesn’t look tacky the length is also perfect for me since I wear hijab and want it to show below my hijab. It does take long for the personalisation necklace but the wait is worth it! Jazak Allah Khair.
