Today was our very first day having a cleaner come into our house, it just happen to happen that it was also her very first time cleaning a house. I was happy with what she did. The only issue was the night before my clean was due I received a call asking if I would change the time, the caller then said they would call the cleaner and call me back to confirm the time. I did not receive a call back so I called in the morning to see what was happening to be told that the cleaner would be at my house in half an hour. Which then I had to rearrange our work commitments for someone to be here for the cleaner to arrive and lock up after she had left.

My cleaner Andy from Jarvis is friendly and professional. A good bloke who also knows his stuff about cleaning. Always does little extra bits and always tries his best to please. Would definitely recommend.

The first clean was reasonably good.
Jarvis provide a good service, with a useful app and excellent communication.
Looking forward to keep happy with the cleans on a regular basis.

On the day our clean was due we were contacted 1.5 hours before she was due saying that she wouldn’t be turning up until the afternoon. Due to our pets & jobs this wasn’t going to work for us. I informed the cleaner who contacted me that we would speak to Jarvis & sort it. I emailed them to inform them of this. I didn’t hear anything & then received an email asking me to review the service. I have since received an invoice & been told that they have unsuccessfully tried to take payment (I haven’t given them my card details & won’t be). In total I have now text them twice & emailed 3 times. I don’t have time to be chasing a company that is sending automatic emails stating that I owe them money when I don’t. Not impressed & I won’t be using them again.

We have had excellent service with the cleaning service provided. At the end of each service, everything is tidy, fresh, and sparkling clean. It has been lovely to meet and work with Pia. She has a very positive and professional approach to her work. I highly recommend Jarvis!

Our cleaner is always on time, friendly and great with our dog being home. She does a fantastic job and we love coming home to a clean home! We’ve been very happy with Jarvis.

Jamie arrived on time and ready for a hard days work. Meticulous and efficient. Strong attention to detail and not afraid of elbow grease. Fantastic service. You won’t be disappointed. Will definitely use again.

I had three cleaners changed by the Jarvis team due to one issue or the other and very thankful to Jarvis team for helping us out on it. The fourth cleaner was a very good one as she was very polite and did as she was requested to. She cleaned everything as asked and did the job in a timely fashion. I will keep on working with Jarvia

I have been using Jarvis for over a year and a half to provide cleaning services. I have had Stefanie and Caroline over this time. Both have been wonderful. Caroline is the current cleaner and is fantastic. She arrives on time, does a thorough job. She is likeable, no nonsense, gets on with her work. She is totally trustworthy and an extremely hard worker. My advice to prospective clients is to be a little flexible and you will get wonderful service.

We’ve now had two visits from our cleaner and he is fantastic. This service is really good, the only minus is that there’s no one to call when the cleaner isn’t showing up (this only happened the first time and we received a free clean as an apology which was very generous).

Jarvis works very hard to find a butler to meet your needs. I have now had 2 visits with my current butler and I'm thrilled with her services.
