I’m using the mask for the third time…
I’m using the mask for the third time as I’m writing this. Followed all the instructions Again… Only feel something around the eyes nothing around the rest of the face even on the highest setting. Can’t imagine this works very well.

The product DOES NOT WORK
The product DOES NOT WORK. Company promises a 30-day money back guarantee, which they do not honor! I have tried to return the product for 2 months now, and have been told that they will 'hold back' $15 for the shipping. The product does not work at all -- I am familiar with EMS, and this does NOTHING!! Absolutely horrible product and customer service.

Naraskin EMS Lifting mask
I have used this EMS mask at least 8 times and I'm so pleased with the results. I'm a 74 year old man and my cheeks are noticeably riding higher on my face. I use it over the APLB glutathione niacinamide sheet mask. I'm careful with each EMS mask and I can get 4 uses out of each mask. I'm glad I bought the extras as they should get me through 2026.

Don’t waste your time. The device arrived but no, the lights came on but no one was at home!!!! I did not feel any sensation at all, even on the highest setting. Naraskin will authorize a return but insists on charging me a $15 shipping/restocking fee. Why? For a device that does not work? OR…. Listen to this….i could keep the device at 50% off, they would credit me the difference. Now, why in the world would I keep something that did not work, for any amount off????
DONT PURCHASE THE FACE EMS DEVICE.
