The saving and receiving the cards is great. I had a problem with “refer a friend” as they didn’t register it so I’ve had to chase the credit a few times. And we still can’t see where my friend has had it but I got nowhere with the query so have given up. I spoke with a lady who said she wouldn’t get it and kept
Repeating one sentence over and over and an email said we both have had it but only I have!
Saving is great but customer service is not.

Park Christmas Savings excels in every way. I can check and change my voucher orders anytime. The friendly website is extremely easy to use and any changes are confirmed by email. Clear and plentiful texts keep me fully updated when orders are dispatched and expected. The delivery courier also notifies in advance. For many years now my Christmas gifting and food shopping is all saved and paid for by October. Monthly direct debits from 1st November to October 1st the following year make saving very affordable. The range of digital and physical cards are impressive as they cover most high street brands. Also, many vouchers can be used online. It improves year on year.

Have loved being in control of my own savings it’s felt great. Started last November and was paid up for September and with the easy to access app available could keep a constant eye on my payments. Have started again for next year it’s been absolutely great and took so much pressure off the most stressful month of the year for me.

Have been a member of Park Hampers for several years and can’t imagine coping with Christmas without my Park Savings cards .
It makes Christmas that little bit easier financially as our Family isn’t small !!!!
Also my Direct Debits run over 9 months instead of 12 👍 starting on the 1st FEB and my last is the 1st October .
This means that I have a little break November December and January which also helps financially with Christmas shopping - Yes I pay a bit more each month for 9 months - but it also means that I have extra cash November and December to spend on presents

I don't have to worry about finding the money for presents, I can spread the cost over the year. Park savings keep me informed throughout the year.
