v.poor quality b.tooth mirror

Purchased the Adara bluetooth bathroom mirror. Sound quality is such poor quality, it sounds so "tinny" and the demister is hardly functional.
Too much effort and expense to get the electrician to come back take it down and return it. Its worth paying just a little extra for a better quality sound.

There is one thing they're good at - bad customer service.

I was one of the people who believed in Pebble from the start, and ordered a Pebble through Kickstarter.
After a long wait period, i finally received my pebble. Unfortunately i never got much joy out of it. It could show the time for me, but not much more. Every smart-watch feature requires you to open up applications, notifications and similar, However, i was never able to minimize any of these again as the "back/menu" button was broken. It could be clicked, if i took the watch of and used both hands with effort for a little while, but that is unuseable to me.

I wrote to Pebble about my issue, and they wrote back that it could easily be a firmware issue and i should wait for an update to see if it helped. I couldn't see how this could possibly help as it was clearly a physical issue with the button, but them being a very new company and as i could read of the internet, very busy, i gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited.

I have since sent a bunch of messages to them, and every single one of them went unanswered. Mostly through the in-app report an issue feature, i was told to use.

All in all, this have resulted me in never using the watch, and now i am stuck with a barely used broken outdated watch in my drawer. Not a good experience, i have been completely ignored by Pebble for years.

Gode priser, middelmådig kvalitet

Efter at have hørt en venindes kontinuerte og varme ros af Pebble, måtte jeg også have et. Jeg købte modellen med sort stålrem.
Modsat min veninde, synes jeg hjemmesiden oversælger uret. Det er simpelthen ikke så fedt, som de får det til at lyde.

Der kan kun være en stærkt begrænset mængde apps, brugerflade er elendig og leder en til at tænke på firserne, og det dyre stålur ligner mest af alt et digitalur fra samme tidsperiode.

Det sagt, så er hjemmesiden dejligt overskuelig og bestillingsprocessen enkel.

Customer service do not reply!

Hi,

On the 23. January I received my Pebble smartwatch. Right out of the box I got error 0xFE504510. That - from a quick Google - usually means RMA. I have never been able to use the watch. This is very disappointing as I was looking forward to receiving/using the watch. Now it is just laying in a draw.

The same day - 23. January - I wrote to support but have never gotten any reply except the auto generated mail.

With tax's and customs I have payed 215 USD for the watch - that's not cheap - for me anyway.

Now its 24th of February and i have still not heard anything from their support. I have even posted on their Facebook page without any reply.

EDIT: On the 4th of March I received an email from Pebble Support with a link to an RMA form. Hopefully now things will go more quickly.

EDIT: On the 12th of March I received an email from Pebbel saying "Your Pebble has shipped!" - Hopefully this is my replacement watch on its way.

Almost _two month_ has gone by from my first contact with Pebbel Support. I'm _not_ impressed.

EDIT: On the 2nd of April: Received my new replacement watch to day.
