Hi Chris. We replied to your email on 15th November at 19.53 and also resent the order confirmation at the same time. You did order a size XL (email confirmation stated that) and in our email we gave instructions on how to return the incorrectly ordered tee for us to issue a replacement. The email was sent to your Outlook.com address. Please check your junk mail folder as it may have been caught there.

Ordered wrong size and had misplaced receipt. Contacted company and it was no trouble to obtain information and get replacement tee-shirt in correct size, all within a short period of time.
