Don't Even Bother!!!

I paid nearly seventy pounds for the 'season pass' for FS22 and it ran fine until their completely inept developers released an 'update' which broke it. Since then, I have tried to work with their customer non-support, but have been ignored. I have messaged their Facebook page and been ignored, and I have left comments on their Facebook posts, only to have those comments deleted and for them to continue to ignore me. I have done everything I can, I even completely reinstalled my OS, reinstalled the game, played it as a completely virgin game and it was fine, then the only thing I did was perform the 'update' and it broke, causing all of the same problems as before. I have now been to my bank to request a chargeback. I'm completely done with trying to work with these complete and utter SCAM ARTISTS!!! They could have a good thing going on, if any of them had much of a clue how to actually create a game!!! Don't go near it, it's a total and utter waste of time, energy, money and effort. I've been trying to get along with them since the early days, and they've always been the same. They're a total joke of an outfit!

Kundenservice gibt es nicht

Ich habe zum Geburtstag einen Produktkey für Farming Simulator 22 erhalten und habe diesen auf der Webseite eingelöst. Zur Auswahl stand das Hauptspiel sowie ein Claas DLC, welche ich mir beide heruntergeladen habe. Nach Download und Installation habe ich zu aller erst das DLC mit dem Serienschlüssel aktiviert, danach konnte ich aber das Spiel an sich nicht mehr aktivieren. Nun steht ich ohne Spiel da. Kurzerhand den Kundenservice angeschrieben - man glaubt es nicht, aber innerhalb weniger Stunden erhielt ich sogar eine Antwort! Als ich auf diese Antwort eine Mail schrieb, kam nichts weiter. Auch eine zweite Mail wurde nicht beantwortet. Jetzt sind inzwischen 6 Wochen vergangen und es tut sich nichts!
Schlechtester Kundenservice, den ich je kontaktiert habe. Lasst die Finger von deren Spielen!

Bought FS22. But never again!

Bought FS22, as I have done since FS first started. But this particular version is crap! Sorry about the English, but it really is crap! The latest piece of crap I'm having to put up with is the game won't load!!! And these people are supposed to know what their doing? Just how many school aged would-be programmers have you got working for you? Bad. Bad company, buy this game at your own peril! It will crash, it will decide not to load, it will have you wondering why you ever decided to trust these people? I will deter anyone who asks about this game or this company, and I shall never waste another penny buying their totally crap stuff!

Wir haben Mehrfach GaintSoftware per mail Kontaktiert, wo unsere Email Teilweise einfach gelöscht wurde als ihr Überhaupt Beachtung zu schenken.
Wir Persönlich empfinden es als sehr schade, aber somit befindet sich GaintSoftware was kundenzufriedenheit anbelangt sehr auf dem absteigenden Ast.

Well no one got back to me guess you don't care game still crashes, PC get all the kool mods console get crap mods. Not every one can go out and by a 6000$ PC. So how is cross play going to work if PC get all the mods every one else get crap mods. So please reach out show people every one matters not just pc.

slow download speed

Bought Farming Simulator 22 in hopes of playing. Currently has been downloading for over an hour and only has 1.2GB out of 12.8 downloaded. I recommend buying from Steam. Its absurd. Would give 0 stars if I could.

UPDATE: 4 HOURS LATER... still downloading. Spent $50 to play this game and its only at 4GB. This is ABSURD. BUY ELSEWHERE!

I have had a horrible experience with Giants Software (FS22)

I have had a horrible experience with Giants software. Initially they announced that FS 22 would be released on the 22nd of November for Mac OS users, while it was only released days later...Thereafter my first download key had already been blocked due to me checking the Giants download portal constantly to check if there have been any updates with the download link becoming available!? Support took longer than a day to reply to my emails querying them about the download key of mine that was blocked because "download limit has been exceeded" even though I had not downloaded the game once! I then went ahead and bought myself another key (and asked for a refund on the old key of course) because I was impatient with the amount of time support was taking to get back to me and unlock my original key. I am now sitting in a situation where both my purchased keys are showing the error "download limit has been exceeded" and I have not even downloaded the games off of one of these keys as of yet! I have also sent multiple emails to Giants support over the course of the past 2 days and have yet to hear a response from them. Embarrasing that a company like Giants is unable to keep to their promised release dates and then still go ahead and not help any Mac (or other platform) users that are struggling to get their downloads processed. I have been waiting to play FS 22 for weeks now and now that it is out and giving me so many problems I actually just don't even want to play their game anymore...

Bei Problemen erhält man keinerlei Support via E-Mail. Ich habe mir das Spiel gekauft, um einen Server zu hosten für meine Community, später dann auf 5 Server aufzustocken. Windows Server 2012 R2 wird aber scheinbar nicht unterstützt und es gibt keinen Lösungsweg, es wird sich nicht einmal bemüht einen Lösunung zu finden. Sehr schade das man hier im Regen stehen gelassen wird.

Hope everything is perfect for you.

Make solid and enjoyable games but I hope no one ever has an issue as the customer service/support is horrendous. Contact us forms do not work properly, will tell you that the email that was perfectly fine when they were taking your money is not "requested format" and will skirt the question and ignore you on social media. Very frustrating.

Complacent.

I appreciate it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I am old and I like simulators on the X-Box. I purchased from Giant, their Farming Sim 15 and it was very good and I looked forward to their releasing FS17.
So much so I actually pre-ordered it! First thing I've ever pre-ordered. But these people have got Complacent. 15 was good, probably sold well enough for them to devote a year or two to developing 17. I really wish I had waited.
There are more bugs in the game than there were behind my wallpaper when I was a kid growing up in London after the war.
Okay, so these games can have bugs and then get sorted once you bring them to the companies attention ... Not so with Giant. In fact, I'm not that sure they even bother to read what you send them properly. I told them I had an x-box so what did they do? Sent me a patch on my computer and told me to download it ??????
There is no apology, no remedy, nothing. And I have to say, this has a lot to do with what people are prepared to put up with these days, my sons are telling me, "That's what happens these days, it's not like in your day when things had to be right...!
I paid £39.00 for this game, £39.00 out of my disability pension. And these people at Giant couldn't give a damn! They've got my money, why should they care. Especially when Microsoft who sell the game online sell it under a 'NO REFUND' option. To them, it doesn't matter if it works or not, so to my sons and people like them, I say, 'Stop putting up with things just because you think you have to! Get what you pay for or tell the world what a bad company it is ... then see who starts getting things right first time!!! Giant, you are a disgrace!
