Stay away from the lettings team in RUISLIP. These people charge over the going rate and when challenged they will reduce. They also stick on annual renewal fees which are unethical in today's marketplace. Just waiting for our tenants to leave and we will NEVER using these people again. STAY AWAY

Truly nightmarish property management experience
Gibbs Gillespie has no concept of client relationship management. We encountered issues with their misreading of a gas certificate date leading to them writing to the Health and Safety Executive despite a valid inspection creating distress for us, our tenants and undermining the credibility of an experienced engineer. Worse, we were described as creating “problems”Unapologetic and jobsworth in nature. Avoid.
As to your reply, how about some action? It’s not clear to us what follows from you taking matters seriously and addressing the reputation damage you have caused.
