They processed my card quickly when I said i wanted to cancel it and it's been 4 days I have been waiting to be paid. NEVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN

Gift cards change is definitely a thumbs down! First off your customer service crap I can never get a hold of anybody. I don’t even think anybody on this site really exist because I have not talked to one person about my payment. And on top of that it shows that you have a social site which leads to Facebook and Instagram and that’s false advertisement because when I hit on Instagram, it takes me to a a similar site called gcxshop.com. Upon writing a review about.Giftcardxchange I ended up writing a review on a different site that are similar to one another however gcxshop.com doesn’t exchange gift card from cash however they have happy customers and I feel bad for writing a review that wasn’t so pleasant thinking that it was giftcardxchange.com. When I’m trying to say is your site is faulty I can’t get a hold of customer service to receive my payment on selling my gift card and I hope that I get compensated one day because I sold the $200 gift card for $100 and I still haven’t received my payment.

Service charges now and issues with cancellations for transactions. This place has gone way down hill.

Giftcardxchange took my Walmart card details, took all the cash off it then ignored all my messages about payment. Don't trust them ever.

It’s a SCAM they do not give you your money. They don’t replay back through email or text. The people who are writing good reviews are the scammers. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM

Completely a scam. Put my gift card info on their site to sell, they gave me an offer, I accepted but I have not received my payment and it's been 3 months. They won't respond to my emails, my chats and it just says now my card have been rejected but if course the balances have been drained on both my gift cards.

Been waiting 2 weeks for my money and my cashapp payment method has been "pending review" for 2 weeks too. No replies to any messages, pretty sure its a scam. DONT USE!

SCAMMERS. Paid for a $100 Google Play Digital Gift Card and it never arrived. I sent 5 emails with zero response.

I had several gift cards that I wanted to exchange for cash. They made the process extremely simple, and I had the cash sent to my PayPal after a couple of days.

Have been dealing with them for a few years now. Excellent service. I mainly sell cards to their site, but also made a few purchases. Always smooth they take care of you. It's a pleasure always. They have helped me sell alot of unwanted and unused giftcards of mine.

My overall experience was good, they informed that processing may take 72 hours for some brands. In the end i got paid out. There was no obligation or requirement on my end. It was decentralized.

Scam scam I am waiting on a 25$ payment for over 4 months now and I've tried to contact them numerous times got no where don't waste your time

buyers be ware. this website is a SCAM. Their website claims to buy gift cards and pay within 72 hours. It's been over a week and I haven't received anything! I email them they're unresponsive and finally got a email back they asked me to send which payment method I wanted so I did and this was 3days ago and again they ghost on me. Never received anything and when I checked my gift cards, they have already been used up by them! DONT do business with this website. I'm warning everyone

Scammers. never use this website . i have sell them a 50$ walmart gift card ,after 3 weeks the statut of transaction still PENDING.when i contact their support with a message , my statut of transaction became REJECTED and the balance of my gift cart became 0$ , when i check out my walmart gift card balance is 0$ .I have never take mymoney.
