Outstanding Customer Service
I don't normally leave reviews but felt I had to on this occasion, I recently received a gift which was purchased from the gift company, unfortunately there was a minor issue.
I contacted the company directly via their website and can honestly say their customer service was outstanding considering that I did not personally purchase the item from them.
My point of contact was a lady called Becci who from start to finish acted quickly,professionally and went above and beyond in resolving my issue, which has proven to me although very rare these days excellent customer service still exists !!

Staff in Chester store have made our Christmas . Our mum is very poorly and the staff saved our Christmas gift to her until we could get there from Stockport . Collection was a really lovely experience with friendly helpful staff . Our 5ft bubble wrapped Alice in wonderland rabbit is now safe , waiting for Santa . Wouldn’t hesitate to use this store again
