I ordered some limited edition edition Damascus steel kitchen knives. They arrived today but the handles were supposed to be hand made out of wood and they don't appear to be Damascus. The producer was in Indiana but every thing came from China.

Total scam, don't waste your money!!

ACTUAL SCAM: I ordered a periodic table item for my sister who's a chemistry teacher, and never received it. Ordered before Christmas... it's now March. I was really looking forward to that gift too.

Total scam. Never received item. Don’t order from here.

Total scam. Bought the LED spinner hologram, never received confirmation email and “Dave” said the product is with the courier when I reached out, without providing any tracking info. Just giving the run around now.

Complete scam. I bought a present for my mom and never received it, can’t find the confirmation email and text and original post is gone. So devastating.

I have a limited budget due to being disabledand not able to work. Ordered item ftom this "business " at end if November for a Christmas present. Price was £30 which is a lot for me. Nedless to say I never received item. Absolutely appalling that this has happened to so many people and it appears that we're powerless to do anything.

Avoid! Terrible scam via Instagram (via shared tagging, meticulous marketing and a direct website link) on run up to xmas, no response, website now shut down. They advertised a "smart phone lighter (black ice)" in $USD which I bought for my partner as some fun, and I also paid for shipping to UK, so raised it with CC company when I didn't receive. A similar item can be purchased on Ebay. Promised item on way via email with a really unprofessional and dodgy response blaming the courier...??? That raised some flags. Luckily I never paid over the odds or repeated any other purchases from Gift Geko but still out of pocket by over £20 at Christmas time.. that's the cost of my lunch for 2 weeks, shameful! I'd still be hoping for a refund one day... Some guy Dave at Giftgeko @gmail ...... com was the respondent.

They stole my money. Ordered the Periodic Table of Elements as a gift and it never came. I checked with 3 wks after I ordered it and they said it was waiting to ship. It's now 2 months later and it never came and now they're website is literally, offline

Scam. Ordered the periodic table in December 2021, but never had any shipment until Feb 2022.

It's a scam, I did an order in december it never arrived they have stopped replay and now I see the site is off-line.

Ordered two of their items for Christmas gifts (3 in 1 Charger and Booty PJs) on the 13th. Never heard anything after numerous emails were sent. Got the "picked up by the courier" response from someone named "Dave". Gave him another week after requesting a refund. Disputing with my CC company now. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE

Complete scam! Their website is now shut down. They aren’t responding to my emails. I’m having to dispute the order with my CC company. It looks like they were just a short-term thing (around XMAS time of course) looking to scam as many people as possible before shutting down or getting shut down. The periodic table looks cool and I still want it 😂. Looks like they are long gone, but if you see Gift Geko, DO NOT give them your money!!!

ordered an item 1 month ago and never heard from them again, I'm just really sorry cause it was supposed to be a gift.... this is 100% a scam so please don't buy anything from them

What a bunch of scammers. They never sent the 3D periodic table of elements I ordered as a gift. I reached out to them multiple times. They kept telling me the item is on the way but would not give me a tracking number. I have asked for a refund. Of course, they stopped responding. Disputed with my CC company. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Seems like I bought items same time as other reviewers here. Do not buy. besides the crappy website--which should have been the red flag for me not to continue, I got sucked in by the awesome periodic table top item. They responded to my complaint of not receiving a tracking number 2 weeks after my purchase date with a generic response: they said something like it's already with their courier. I emailed them through the website and the confirmation email I received. Both gave me the same email response. Said I should get my tracking id shortly. I did not. So I called my CC and they are investigating it. Company is a scam or the slowest moving company ever. I doubt I will see the product. Maybe if you actually buy their snuggie they advertise on their front page? But even then, who knows?

Don’t waste your time. I saw an ad of them having a “3in1 charger” which I thought I’d treat myself to for Christmas.. for starters their website so so poorly designed only showing some stupid Snuggie blankets as their Home Screen with no other link to their other “products”. As far as actual custom service I have received 0 phone or email update on my package, the tracking still says it’s “processing” even thought I placed the order on the 15th (currently Dec. 27th). I went to leave a review on the website and it was never posted, so all those 5 stars are more than likely not from real customers. Even after I went to reach of via email (on the 24th) and still have yet to receive a reply. Man I miss the days of going to the mall instead of all this online shopping and scamming. 👎🏽

Scam. Do not buy anything from this website. I ordered a projector and never received it. I emailed them several times they always had an excuse. I asked for a refund and they ignored me. It’s been 4 weeks and my order is not processed and they never sent me a refund.
