Fantastic way to do a group collection!
This is fantastic! Really easy way to set up a group collection! I love the fact that you can print off for your recipient or have it sent directly to their email address. It’s brilliant too that they don’t have to spend it all on one card, they can split it between their favourite brands. Highly recommend!

Excellent Customer Service
I was asked to organise a leaving collection for a colleague. As we now work remotely, I thought I would try an online collection via GiftRound. I had met their staff at a PA Event some time ago. It was so easy to set up and my colleagues found it very straight-forward to contribute. When I had a problem with purchasing the e-voucher, which was definitely my user-error, I received a prompt reply within minutes from Claire, their COO - despite it being around 6.30pm and well after business hours. I was very impressed by their customer service and will definitely use GiftRound again.

The collection was easy to set up and…
The collection was easy to set up and share, I liked that we could add images with our comments. The ability to use £ or Euro was great and so far it seems easy to redeem the collection. One improvement would be to extend the expiry of the gift pot so it can be used for more than one year. Thank you.

The giftround was easy to set up and it was easy for others to contribute and sign the card. I did have an issue with my e mail address when it came to collecting the giftround but I contacted customer services and this was sorted out very quickly. Would recommend and would use again.

Really easy to use for group teacher…
Really easy to use for group teacher gifts. My only suggestion would be an eCard generator that could be printed by a different service (or gift round could offer printing and delivery for a fee) just gives a more personal feel for the comments. I ended up making my own card but less craft savvy people would probably buy a card.

Worked a treat
Really useful card and collection tool with no hidden charges. Easy to use and share with others. It might have been better to have some more card design options but the service was great.
