Item arrived exactly as described, very pleased with purchase. The only problem I had was the tracking number provided by the Giftstore was not recognised by Royal Mail and susequently, I was out when the delivery was first made. The item did arrive the next day and was well packaged. Would use this company again and would recommend.

Wrong mug
Alas, I was sent a mug with a message added that I did not request (thanks for being my best man). I emailed the company asking the a mug to be sent out without this message but never got a response.
