Excellent service. After being let down by another supplier last minute, I needed some personalised birthday gifts within 2 days. I ordered on the Monday, paid for courier delivery and the items were received the next day! Even after one item was sent incorrectly (fortunately this wasn't required as urgently), after emailing Customer Services, this was rectified and the correct item dispatched the following day. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.

Very impressed with the service. Ordered a personalised product on Tuesday and received it on Thursday. Product is exactly like it said it would be. Decent prices. Would use again.

Loved the item I bought but not the delivery.
It was only the size of a book. Paid £3.99 for Royal Mail delivery, said it would take up to 3 days and asked what date I needed it by.
2 days after I told them the date they said they couldn’t guarantee that date and would not be tracked with Royal Mail but if I paid an extra £3 they could give me next day delivery.
This meant I paid £7 delivery to get it next day.
It didn’t come next day at all. It came 2 days after.
This was not good service and just cost me £19 more than if I had gone to B n M and painted their item yellow.
RIP off.

So quick. From ordering to receiving les than 24 hours, and with personalisation too!

Lovely gift for my nephew, didn’t take long to come
