Very good service
Very good service. Fast delivery, had the item within 24 hours. Also excellent customer service, as I found there was a small little chip in the top of the glass item which they handled very well by sending out a replacement, also within 24 hours. I'm very happy with my purchase, my parent's loved their gift.
I would definately recommend giftstore and use them again.

Packaging not up to standard
The glass tankard is nice. I thought it came gift boxed, but I'm not sure of this. The packaging it arrived in was terrible. The box was ripped, and the tankard was wrapped in bubble wrap and surrounded by brown paper but could have fallen out of the box as it was that badly ripped.
