- I just wanted to drop a line to say how genuinely impressed I am with the service you provide. Every time I place an order, it’s at my door in what feels like half a breath. The speed, reliability, and consistency is honestly amazing. It makes my life so much easier knowing I can depend on you every single time. As long as the lights are on at Gilmartins, I won’t be using any other supplier. Thanks again for the exceptional service, it really does make a difference.

Used Gilmartins tradesmen a few times and always disappointed. However John Speechly a builder is definitely one of thier best tradesman. Exsteamly friendly and even my cat took to him. Very unusual because she usually doesn't like anyone visiting her home. John did a fantastic job repairing my flat after a flood by replacing the skirting boards and rendering the walls and a very jolly soul. He paid attention to detail and work was top knoctch, absolutely brilliant Hope he reads this.

I bought this product Carbon-Steel-Pasta-Pot in mid-December 2024. After about 5 weeks of use 2-3 times a week, the non-stick coating started to come off and the exposed metal started rusting. Every time I cooked rice in it, there were black and brown specks in it which is a health hazard. I got in touch with Gilmartins. There were indirect insinuations that I used the wrong scourer - I only ever have the non-scratch scourer at home AND that I used the pot commercially, must have been because of my 'foreign' name, pot only used to cook rice in plenty of water for 2 adults in a domestic setting. They wanted me to pack and post the damaged pot back to them for 'assessment'. In effect, I could be throwing good money after bad money for packaging & posting. The CCPC tell me that if an inherent fault with a product became apparent within one year of purchase, the supplier must replace or refund with no major inconvenience to me. What's the point of the rules when Gilmartins know perfectly well that the CCPC is not going to intervene and the cost of the pot is not worth going to the small claims court. So, I am out of pocket because of Gilmartins selling a poor quality product and not taking ownership of their fault.
