Today I did some shopping at the Gliks store in Mitchell, SD. I was impressed with the quality of the clothing NOT SO MUCH WITH THE SALESPERSONS. Not friendly or helpful at all. In fact, all 3 seemed to be in a bad mood. The thing that bothered me the most was a man came in to buy a gift for his girlfriend. He was very friendly. After buying his gift he said he was new in Mitchell and asked directions to the sale barn. The young salesperson said that was not someplace she was interested in and she did not know where it was. She was not friendly at all. He thanked her and left. When he left the two salesgirls made fun of him. Not a store I will enter again.

Rude customer service! She should not be working with people. She kept locking the dressing room while we were still using it. She would take our items away from us so if you wanted something to add to an outfit that wasn’t possible. If that is OK by Gliks standards then your products are the same. You are as strong as your weakest link! I will not shop their again.

The item I ordered had a manufacturer's defect. Gliks promptly investigated and made it right! I will definitely shop with them again!

This store is very high priced but, I do like their clothes, hats, shoes ect... They are so high though it's ridiculous. They need to put a couple low priced clearance racks. We need to all recommend this. NO WAY I JUST GOT TEMU RESPONSE BACK AND UTS A STRAIGHT UP LIE TOO
