Very unprofessional customer service. Only good reviews seem to be fake. Stay away from this horrible company!

I had a demo class for keyboard for my son he likes that.but after that too many people behind the scenes they said they arranges the class and we were waiting for the class and no jne responded or send a link. And they messaged at night 9 pm asking if j want a demo again.no coorination between them. And keep on asking for full monthly payment just to arrange a class. Very untrustworthy people. Will not risk to pay them.

I started online Kathak classes for my daughter with Go4guru. There were 3 admins in the whatsapp group with me [and without the teacher] and none could remember to communicate about cancelations and or rescheduling the class. Despite multiple reminders from the teacher and the I the parent, they canceled 3 classes out of which I agreed to reschedule 2 classes and one I asked for a refund (because I could not reschedule this class due to booked schedule on my part- this I had informed them a month ahead of time). The admins blamed the teacher for cancelations saying she was sick and could not take the class [teacher stated otherwise in the next class]. Multiple WhatsApp msgs requesting a refund for the last class went unanswered.
