Horrible experience with Gobble
Horrible experience with Gobble. Received spoiled meats on hot day. Got sick after eating. Don’t know if it was due to the meat or the cucumber recalled for salmonella. Unable to cancel online via their website and They do not have an app. Had to go through customer service and delay caused me to get charged another week. Called customer service and they would not allow me to speak with a supervisor. Upon researching the company online read reports they are not paying their vendors. Will stick to Hello Fresh and Blue Apron in the future.

Terrible service - avoid
This company is absolutely terrible and I would suggest everyone actively AVOID ever purchasing from them. Their delivery provider is unreliable, their website is glitchy, and their customer service is not helpful. In addition, their prices are absolutely insane relatively to other meal kit providers once you get past the first introductory box.
After years of using Blue Apron I decided to give them a try given the quicker, 15min, estimated preparation time for busy workdays and the special promo of $6/serving x 6 servings = $36 all-in for a first box
Well, my box didn't show up. The delivery driver "claimed" that there was no access. Except that I live in a high rise building with a large reception desk near the entry. I had put in instructions for them to leave it with the reception desk but somehow their glitchy website erased that... but even without those instructions, the building does not require a key or passcode etc and they could've brought it straight to the apartment. So my box wasn't delivered. So far they have only refunded me 50% of my cost and have not given me a full refund, despite my not having received my food. And I had to rush out to the store and spent more on ingredients to make a last minute meal as I was counting on their delivery today. So much for the supposed convenience. They've only made dinner more stressful and time-consuming. The opposite of what they claim to promise.

Enjoy the meals wish more low calories opions
I am enjoying my meals by Gobble. The ingredients are fresh, Although some of them are not so good looking. My hardest thing is - we like the Lean and Clean items and we would like meals to be around 500 calories. This does not leave much to choose from and I am allergic to shellfish and almost every week the chosen meals for us include shellfish. There is no place to say please do not include these meals, the week I skip are due to higher calories and few choices for low cal no fish!

I have been using Gobble for several months, and overall, it's been a convenient and enjoyable experience. The delivery is consistent with the exception of a few instances. The recipe cards are clear and easy to follow, and most meals take between `15-20 minutes to prepare. The meals are flavorful and satisfying. Portion sizes are generous enough for two people, and the meals strike a good balance between healthy and indulgent. I appreciate the option to customize meals and skip weeks when needed. The time saved and reduced food waste makes Gobble worth the cost to me.

Food not Safe
I had high hopes. The first delivery was good. Eggs a little small and tomatoes not ripe, but overall good. 2nd delivery the steak was leaking blood. 3rd delivery chicken was leaking juices. the 4th one looked fine, there as a chicken dish and I put the chicken in a zip lock bag. in 3 days my refrigerator started smelling, again the chicken was leaking juices. I'm sure they would have refunded me the meal - they did the 1st time I reported the steak, but by the 3nd delivery I was over it just couldn't cancel the next one fast enough. breakfasts are good as are the soups. They require you to order 2 (4 servings) the fresh dinners. that doesn't work for a single person.

Delicious meals assembled cooked in little time. Just wish they could be offered organic or mostly organic. We are alternating dinners with organic pre-made meals from Sunbasket.

shrimp package had a hole in it
The shrimp package had a hole in it, so it leaked all over our fridge as it defrosted. the packaging seems very thin and easily punctured by other items. Because of this we couldn't eat the whole meal, as I didn't trust that the shrimp were safe

Less prep time than other companies
Less prep time than other companies. Quality food some produce is not fresh. So far one order of finger potatoes was extremely soft. I thought they’d already been boiled. Other orders have them fresh. Today I saw a red bell pepper that was very soft. Would like to see quality control, checking on produce to customers. overall, it fits my needs of fresh food and short prep time.
