westloop x10. Yes hard to clean airlet but run hot water direct to point does well . deep clean often.
Yes had faulty and worn seals. bought 1 faulty had 2 the seals went over time but could be overtightened or not good enough or strong enough but which.
Now in contact with customer service today to ask if faulty cup or fake as this one seems to lose heat/cold many times quicker, more than the other 9, strange...
Used for every drink in the day/night and I would not have it any other way it save time/£ as no need to reboil or more ice .
EDIT, was 4 star now 1 as totally ignorant no word from email or review. CUP & LID FAULTY will buy different next time perhaps try AVEX.

The drinking part of the lid which can not be stripped down to clean was clogged full of black gunk which was making me ill
all I got was a new one sent out ?

I bought a contigo mug, and it leaks- so it does not serve the purpose.

I'm very impressed with Contigo products & their excellent customer service! I had a water bottle that broke, called the company 4 days ago & they shipped me a replacement today. No receipt needed, no photo of the damage needed. Best customer service ever!

I bought a Contigo mug and the opener stopped working. I contacted Contigo and they agreed to replace. They also pointed out that I'd purchased the broken one almost 10 years ago. Incredible Customer service.

I bought the travel cup Contigo it was on offer in Asda for £9 instead of £12.50 depending on which colour you got apparently the offer was only on blue or grey ones god knows what the colour matters anyhow I used this for 3 weeks and it was brilliant I made my coffee at 5am and it was still warm at 8am I loved it then the clasp didn’t close properly one morning so if leaked everywhere , I took it back to Asda and got a replacement…. All I would say is, if you buy one keep your receipt there not very reliable apparently it’s a fault

I got this 24oz. Contigo water sipper with the automatic pop-up spout about a month ago. The first couple of weeks it worked just fine. In the last week I’ve had “issues” with it pouring out its contents all over me when I pop the spout up. It’s also happened in my car when it’s been sitting in a hot car. So, I blamed the heat
We’ll, this morning was the FINAL STRAW: I had put my sipper in the fridge overnight WITH THE SPOUT OPEN. This morning, I took it out of the fridge and let it sit awhile with the spout still open (to eliminate the pressure which I thought was causing these spillovers). Well, the first time I tipped it up to take a sip, it SPURTED out the sipper nozzle & went all over me, the chair & the floor (unfortunately I had red Crystal light in the sipper😩). What a mess!!!
I refuse to EVER buy another Contigo product!

I just purchased a Snapseal travel tumbler. I haven’t even used it, but I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star rating based on my nasty experience. I only glanced at the instructions, because I figured I knew how to use it. I was washing it this morning before pouring my coffee in. When I looked inside it had a dried liquid stain on the inside, so I debated whether I wanted to keep it or just return it. It didn’t look like it had been used, but maybe something in the course of manufacturing? Not sure. Anyway, I decided to look at the lid more closely, and it did look like something was kind of crusted along the inside edges. I decided I could try washing it to see if I could remove the stain and crud. Then I remembered seeing in the instructions to soak the lid for 10 minutes. I put it in a bowl of warm water and you wouldn’t believe how much “stuff” started coming off from this lid - was it caked on black mold? I ran it under hot water, soaked it, used a scrub brush and Q-tips to try to clean this thing. I finally quit trying because these black chunks and flakes keep coming after more than 10 minutes of this insane cleaning of a brand new item. If someone else purchased this and returned it dirty, that’s not the manufacturer’s fault. But why would they just happen to put in the instructions to soak 10 minutes? That’s the only way I realized how disgusting this was. I think it’s something they do in the course of making it or packaging. I don’t really know, but if mine wasn’t an isolated incident then I wonder how many people unknowingly drank this nasty black sh-t? Probably a lot. Needless to say, I’m returning it for a refund. And hopefully Wal-Mart doesn’t just put it back on the shelf for the next customer.

Bought two Byron mugs which started out excellent, however the seals went on both mugs fairly quickly. Contacted customer services several times as cannot see where I can get either replacement seals or lids. These cups are not cheap so am pretty annoyed at them lasting such a short time,customer services are shocking.

I have been using Contigo travel mugs for years. I am rarely seen without one. I am both clumsy and thirsty so these are the perfect spill-proof companion. I actually thank God for these mugs. Great for driving, working at a laptop, minding kids etc.. No dangerous spills, no mess. Well, at least most of the time.

My Contigo westloop leakproof travel mug that leaks contacted contigo by webpage form 3 times and had no reply from contigo to even say they cannot do anything poor customer service.

After hearing good reviews on Contigo water bottles, I decided to purchase one. The Ashland water bottle was my choice as I have a bust work life and this looked like it would be good for the job. After using it only twice the bottle started to leak, unfortunately I didn’t have the receipt to return it back to the shop I purchased it from, so I decided to contact Contigo via the website. I asked if there was a warranty or there was something they could possibly do to resolve the issue. I have been waiting three weeks and still no reply and the water bottle can’t be used. I feel disappointed and dissatisfied with the brand as they had good reviews from friends of mine. The water bottle is of no use and therefore a waste of money.

Best water bottles I’ve ever bought, use it every day for over 2 years. No leaks. Had an issue with the lid mechanism breaking, Contigo replaced with no issue after emailing my receipt of purchase.

I echo the many words written on here that the Byron is a great mug but I have got through 5 in 2 years due to the rubber seal inside the lid. I have gone though a lengthy complaint process to customer services who just do not understand despite sending them photographs of everything the need for proof. Very disappointed and will not buy any more. Try AVEX

I ordered 3 couture water bottles from contigo and it hadn’t shipped out in several months so I reached out to customer service who apologized for a delay and promised that it would ship soon. I reached out to them again several weeks later and they assured me that the water bottles would be sent out soon. After another few weeks they cancelled the order even though the items were in stock. Reached out again to customer service but they chose to just ignore the ticket instead.

I have 2 Contigo Byron travel mugs as I work outdoors all day. They keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. I absolutely love them. BUT the rubber seal inside the lid does not last. Over time the seal enlarges causing the mug to leak. I have contacted Contigo to ask for replacement seals. They have not responded. Come on, Contigo, where is your customer service?

Easily the best drinks container I have used. Keeps drinks hot for hours and I use it when working so I can sip my hot tea for hours on end rather than getting another cup and throwing most of it away when it goes cold! It is also brilliant for keeping drinks cold as well.

The Contigo Travel Mug is an amazing product wealth above its price.
For years I have surfed for a mug of that calibre but now I have settled 'home' after using Contigo. Because I have the opinion that, the value for this unique product has been fulfiled above my expectation.
It is a stunning smart shape and superb product that works to an ultimate perfection.
If I have to express my shock, I nearly had a tongue burn after five (5) hours on a journey as I took a sip of my tea .The temperature was static. I wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic product to the world.
Go grab one and you will never regret you did, and will keep day dreaming of buying an extra one for a friend, family member or your fiancée.

Water bottle is the favorite bottle of my kid! Once lost so had to get the same new one. All parts are good quality and works well always.

Good mugs that worse their price. I have bought for all the family and also presented Tumblr to my wife on New Year. She was happy to get such a present.
Hope that Contigo will continue to sell high-quality mugs in the future.
