I attended the emergency clinic the other evening with my little daschound and he was very well looked after.
When I first rang the clinician I spoke to was very calming and put me at ease and the vet we saw was very thorough and I felt that we had very good care.
I would highly recommend

"We had to request an unscheduled appointment as one of our bunnies was showing all the signs of GI Stratis. Which can go wrong very fast.
1) The booking. The young lady who was the first and most important contact was brilliant. She listened and after I had finished said when can you get here? Just brilliant.
2) The first point of contact at the surgery was a young and very caring nurse. She took our bunny for some vital signs tests and kept us informed all the way.
3) The vet. One word sums this young woman up, brilliant.
Thats it a great visit and thanks to all who helped.

The service I received was exceptionally good, starting with the greeting from the receptionist and the vet made me feel at ease

recently had an appointment for my cat and was seen to by two very lovely people.
i felt very comfortable talking about the issues that my boy was having and they were very diligent to find solutions and recommendations to help improve his quality of life.
they even were quick to offer me a seat and help bring the cat carrying in the examination room because they saw i was disabled.

they were lovely to speak to and i didn't feel rushed out the door like other services. i felt heard, i felt looked after- (even though it's an appointment for my pet 😅) it was very relaxing and i didn't feel anxious at all even though i suffer majorly with social anxiety.

I used the emergency service in the early hours of a Sunday morning. My cat was triaged on arrival by friendly and clearly highly experienced vetinary nurse.
There was quite a wait to be seen by the vet as staff, quite rightly, need to prioritise the sickest animals. All staff were excellent and the charges fair given it is an out of hours service. Highly recommended if emergency treatment is required.

Always friendly and efficient. Seen on time. Vet was interested and easy to talk to. I’d always recommend the practice.

Had to take our son's dog in for a splinter in his paw, our own dog is registered with Goddards and we received excellent help, the Nurse was fantastic and removed the splinter with great care

I saw a lovely Vet called Marianne, she was so attentive to my cat Sooty. She gave him a thorough examination, he went for his booster vaccination. Would highly recommend her.

Exceptional service once again from Walthamstow Goddards Practice, and a cat who is feeling a lot better after being treated with so much compassion. The vets fitted me so my cat could get treatment asap, I am so grateful for this. My cat has improved a great deal. He was in very good hands and he is on the mend. All of the staff were extremely kind, caring and considerate. They reassured me as I was so anxious. I would highly recommend them!

Very helpful and seen quickly

It was the first visit for both the cat and myself. I was impressed with the calmness of the visit and the information given to me and Marshy seemed completely unfazed. Recommended by sister and I would not hesitate to recommend to friends

Staff are very friendly and welcoming didn’t feel rushed or anything. The actual Vet himself was extremely pleasant and broke down and explained everything to me. I felt very confident when I left the Surgery of what I need to do.

I always have no problem getting an appointment time that is suitable for me as I work full time, everything is quick and efficient and it’s a calm environment for your pet in the vets and there is never loads of dogs or other pets in the vets at any one time, usually 1 other if any. I have a pet plan so can get my dogs nails trimmed with no problem and wormer and flea treatment regularly with reminders.

Goddards fitted my very sick cat in as a last-minute emergency even though I was registered with another vet who were unable to help me.
The service I received was exceptional, very caring and expert help from Astrid and also Ann on reception. They quickly diagnosed my cat’s condition and offered the appropriate treatment. It had been a very stressful experience for myself and my cat and they really helped me when I needed them. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Fantastic friendly knowledgeable staff Have been taking our cats there for 16+years. NT has been our vet for a while now Can't fault her.

Ollie our 14 year old cat was poorly with two health issues. The vet gave our cat a thorough examination, suggested treatment and follow up as to future management of health conditions. He put our minds at rest.
