From the very beginning, when joseph fro Flex helped me over the phone, he gave me a phone number to contact him as needed. He was excellent and did help me several times. The two movers Jean and Terry was excellent at their job. Friendly, kind made me fell appricated and listed to I my needs.

Company was on time. Pickup was great and professional. Move in was also great. They put everything where I requested. They were quick and did everything in the time frame. I would recommend them to anyone and if I need anything I will definitely call them

Jahrice and Sabree were amazing movers. They were kind quick and ensured everything made it safely through the move. I'm so glad I decided to go with Flex Moving definitely has the most competitive pricing out there!

These guys showed up and took care of business. Did a great job, didn't try to up sale unnecessary items. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Iwas completely satisfied. The people they sent out were super friendly and hard working.

I did a local move. Customer service and set up were very professional, helpful, and nice. The movers came on time. They did a great job handling my things. All of my things got to my new place safely. I recommend Flex if you’re looking for movers.

Flex moving storage is so disorganized and two of the three movers sucked. Jerry Washington was the only mover who went above and beyond for me. Hes the only reason why im giving a 4 star rating because Flex told me he will get compensation for my review. Otherwise, id give them a 1 star. Definitely wont be using this company ever again

Flex Moving & Storage did a great job moving a large toolbox for us. It was short notice but they were able to schedule the move within a few days at a very reasonable price, even giving us a discount because we weren't moving it very far . Thomas contacted us the morning of the move to confirm the pickup and dropoff points and they were able to arrive earlier than scheduled. Thomas and his team worked quickly and carefully to secure and transport the box. Also Alex was very helpful (and patient) answering all my questions. Highly recommend this company!

I received courteous, fast service at a price within my budget

It took numerous calls and emails to get a correct itemized bill of lading (legally binding contract and receipt that shows services and costs - protects you from getting stuck with extra charges!)
Then only 2 of the 3 man crew showed up on move day, and one of them, it was their first day on the job. The guy in charge spoke extremely broken to no English. After numerous calls, and me letting the supervisors and billing, no way I'm paying full price when the services are not being provided. Eventually 3 other guys showed up to help pack, because the packing was taking so long with just 2 people working . Finally, the get the trailer (yes, I said trailer) loaded. Things I said to not load, got loaded, while other items were left at the old place!!! And at some point during the day, 3 of the workers left; the new guy and 2 of the guys who were sent by the company. So I'm back to only 2 guys to unload all my stuff. Some female worker showed up (apparently the 3rd to help unload)... It took the "team leader" 45 minutes to travel 4.1 miles...and I'm being charged by the hour. So he finally shows up with my stuff, and eventually gets the trailer backed into my driveway, and then they sit. Didn't start unloading the truck . They don't start unloading until billing contacts you to tell you the final costs and you pay. Nowhere in the bill of lading did it state payment is to be paid in full BEFORE unloading . One of the supervisors had reduced my final cost SOME. I DEFINITELY DID NOT GET $1150 WORTH OF SERVICE. The contents in the boxes were a hot mess, things from different rooms in the house going into the same box. The 3rd person sent to help unload my stuff, the female, sat in her truck the whole time the 2 guys unloaded everything. Why was she even there in the first place then?? My patio table is still sitting in my garage and not on the patio. I have to haul my lawnmower back to my old house to mow the lawn. Most of my furniture has dirty marks from hands and the trailer. I had to put my bed back together. They pretty much just put stuff down in my new house unless I was standing right there and told them to take items to specific rooms. Only about half of the boxes were labeled with what room the contents came from . I found cigarette butts lying around at both houses. I don't smoke.

It was a cluster F*** day from the beginning -when the new guy showed up at my house at 7am!! It was the worst move I have ever endured, especially for the cost I ended up paying .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Communication is ridiculous. They tell you one thing, but reality is totally different. Truly a nightmare. And they are not that cheap to begin with . Go with a quality moving company.. not this "company"

Stay away from this company!even their employees and contractors showed up and warned me - cancel! They weren’t prepared this is horrible ! At the final moment flex messed up royally

My experience with flex moving was great!, they were very fast and efficient as much house items and furniture I had it did not take long for the move to be completed, I was very satisfied n happy with the work, totally recommend using this again in the future. :)

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and handled all of my belongings with care. They worked efficiently without cutting corners, and everything arrived at my new place in perfect condition. What really stood out was their communication—they kept me informed throughout the process and were quick to answer any questions I had. Moving can be stressful, but they made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.

Update: 5/11/26:

The company is now attempting to "settle" my complaint by using my own security deposits. On 4/29, a representative (Kendall) explicitly promised a $250 refund as compensation for service failures and "extenuating circumstances." However, the company has now informed me that because they returned my initial deposits, they will not honor the additional $250 compensation.

Essentially, they are using my own money to cover their "settlement" offer. It is a total bait-and-switch on a written promise of compensation. I have forwarded this entire exchange to the Pennsylvania Attorney General as part of my active complaint. Future customers: beware of written promises from this company—they do not intend to honor them.

Run! This company is a scam operation that takes upfront deposits with no intention of providing the contracted service, then effectively steals your money when they fail to show up.

I contracted them for a residential move that involved two 24-foot trucks and a four-man crew. At 7:58 PM the night before my move the next morning, Michael Akortia, the area manager, attempted a blatant bait-and-switch, telling me they were only sending a single trailer towed by a pickup truck. When I demanded they honor the original contract, the lies began. We spent our entire moving day being misled about arrival times and "second drivers" that never existed. After waiting the entire day hours past our window, we were finally told by Michael only three people were available—and they never even showed up.

My wife and I were left stranded and forced to rent a U-Haul to move ourselves, yet Flex Moving has decided to keep my deposit. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, they have refused to issue a refund for a move they never performed. My "account manager," Wes Morgan, was all smiles during the sales process but has flat-out ignored every email and voicemail I’ve left since they breached our contract.

This isn't just bad service; it is theft by deception. They lure you in with a professional sales pitch, fail to provide the equipment or labor promised, and then ghost you while sitting on your payment they stole. I will be reporting them to the Attorney General for consumer fraud. If you value your money and your sanity, stay away.

I highly recommend Flex Moving and Storage for anyone looking for a stress-free move. The crew was punctual, professional, and handled all of my belongings with extreme care.

The pricing was transparent with no hidden fees, and they worked efficiently to get everything settled in record time. If you want a reliable, hardworking team that makes moving look easy, this is the company to call!

Paid $5,500 upfront for a scheduled move. Throughout delivery day, multiple reps confirmed my items would arrive — including a specific 8 PM delivery window.

At 7:45 PM, I was suddenly told nothing was coming. No prior warning.

We were left without beds or essentials and had to book a last-minute hotel ($681).

In addition, different trailers (not the original one from pickup) arrived for delivery, despite the shipment initially being sealed. This raises serious concerns about handling, as several items (TVs, screens, furniture) were damaged.

Filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services — the company chose not to respond.

Still unresolved.

This Pittsburgh moving company is actually a broker call center operating out of Florida. They sounded legitimate, but cancelled with no explanation the night before a scheduled 8am move. I am still waiting for a refund. Absolutely disgusting business practices.
